Oh my gosh, the staff at Be Fit Physical Therapy and Pilates were amazing! I had a horrible accident where I broke my ankle in 2 places and dislocated my kneecap. After surgery on my ankle where I had 5 screws and a plate, I started my physical therapy. Larissa and Natalie were so knowledgeable . I enjoyed going to therapy and saw a difference (was stronger) everytime I left Befit. I am a very active person and I couldnt wait to start walking again. I am now back to being active and am so thankful I chose Befit for my Physical Therapy treatment. Debbie L

I love this place and cant recommend them highly enough. Other places treat PT like circuit training. They just move you from one machine to the next. At Be Fit you get personal care the whole time youre there. The staff could not be nicer. Everyone is friendly and takes a real interest in helping you get better. It doesnt seem possible, but they actually made going to physical therapy fun. It has a spa like feel the place. Nice and relaxed. I think that atmosphere really aided in my recovery. I give them my full endorsement.

Be Fit guides you to reach your goals, at your pace. I appreciate the one on one attention that you do not receive at other facilities. I am happy to continue to refer the Be Fit team!

A1 Property Inspection

I went to Be Fit for physical therapy for my left shoulder, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they take time to get my shoulder better through message, excursive and electro stimulation. I would highly recommend Mary Lou and her staff.
