To begin this review I think it is important to note that I am a United States Marine and Police Officer. While doing some training at "work" I managed to tear my pectoral muscle off of my shoulder. I had to have the Muscle stitched back to the tendon and then reattached to my shoulder. After the surgery, I was faced with the task of finding a physical therapist. I am very much into fitness and obviously my arm is vital to being able to perform my job. With that being said I took this task very seriously. I probably called at least 10 physical therapy locations in my area and met with 5 or 6. The majority of therapists I spoke with seemed baffled and had no experience working with this type of injury. The therapists that claimed to have knowledge of this injury were not very impressive in person, all but one that is. The entire staff at Fyzical Therapy is incredible. From the moment I walked through the door I was warmly greeted and treated as if I were a friend of theirs. After meeting the entire staff and getting a tour of the facility I informed Mary that I still had other locations I wanted to interview. She seemed confident that I would return but she didnt pressure me at all and seemed very understanding. I ultimately decided that Fyzical Therapy was by far the best Therapy Center for me and I am very much glad I did. At Fyzical, they spell their name different because they are different, literally. I guarantee you wont be disappointed if you give this place a shot! Thank you Mary, Gary, Ben, and Bill I appreciate you putting me back together and allowing me to do my job again! Yall are the best!

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Naperville is top-notch! I consider myself fortunate to be in the hands of people who genuinely care about me and my well-being. I’ve had problems with my knees for over 30 years, and my back for almost 5 now … so I can say with sincere honesty, I’ve worked with many different places, and not one can come close to what I’ve experienced at FYZICAL. They are hands on, working to make my quality of life better no matter what they have to try … I may be in pain, but the mood is always cheerful, supportive, and encouraging, with positive results every time. I highly recommend FYZICAL and would encourage anyone with any kind of physical therapy need to at least give them a try, they will wow you with their knowledge, their kindness, and most of all with their level of care. Thank you Mary, Ben, and Bill … my quality of life is so much better because of you!

My pain doctor directed me to Fyzical Therapy and Balance, and Im so thankful she did. After seeing four previous physical therapists, my pain issues are being helped through therapies like ASTYM and dry needling - therapies never offered to me at any other facility. The PTs at Fyzical are very warm, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Mary, the owner, goes above and beyond to look for solutions to the cause, often complimenting treatment with information and resources within the community. This includes the option to attend monthly seminars with guest speakers who address health concerns and matters pertaining to wellness. Fyzical has been so helpful. Im glad I found out about this special place!

I have gone to FYZICAL twice now for different injuries. Bill and Elena really took the time to ask a lot of questions at every appointment and personalized a treatment and exercise program so that in the end I walked out the door stronger and pain free. Everyone there is friendly and professional and truly passionate about what they do. I have also attended yoga classes there and learned a lot about wellness and living a healthy life at the Saturday morning informational sessions. Highly recommend FYZICAL Naperville to anyone. What a fantastic group of people! My daughter and I traveled from Kentucky for her to receive specialized Schroth Method of physical therapy for her scoliosis. It was well worth the drive! Mary was helpful with registration. Gary helped with insurance paperwork. Bill truly enjoys his job and desires to see his patients succeed. If you are looking for a non-surgical alternative for a scoliosis diagnosis, this is the place to go! it is very refreshing to find a group of people who really enjoy their jobs!

Mary and her team at Fyzical Therapy have a caring environment and a very personal touch. They have a great community not only for patients, but for those who might want to attend a Yoga Class, or participate in the monthly educational wellness seminars on timely topics, often-times free of charge. Even a fitness professional like myself can sustain an injury, and with their expertise, Im doing so much better! Docs may not tell you, but you do have a choice for PT - and I recommend Fyzical in Naperville.

My wife and I have been patients of FYZICAL for many different problems over the years, including balance issues, joint replacements, rotator cuff issues and neck problems. We live 30 minutes away and have several therapy chains near us but have found this gem in Napeville to be the best of the best. We also attend many of their Forums on Saturdays, always learning something new to keep us aging gracefully. We have worked with all of the therapists and they are all excellent.

FYZICAL physical therapy has an inviting atmosphere the moment you walk in. You are greeted by smiling faces from both the physical therapists and staff. The physical therapists are competent and are excellent at executing individual progression plans and goals. Their staff is accommodating to any schedule and easy to get along with. I recommend this place to anyone in the Naperville or surrounding area who seek physical therapy.

He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to try many approaches and techniques to improve my symptoms...I would highly recommend him and the rest of your staff to everyone.
