I took my son, a patient of the doctors since he started his practice here in Oswego, in for a sinus infection before it went into his ears (as it has done for years!). Despite my sons history WITH THIS DOCTOR of sinus infections going into his ears, the doctor would not prescribe meds and told me to follow up the next day. So, we went home and, sure enough later that night, my son had the expected high fever and ear pain that we were hoping to avoid. The follow up appointment the next day showed the ear infection that we all knew was coming. Still, the doctor CHARGED me for a second visit. So. BEWARE. According to business manager, Amy, there is no such thing as a free follow-up visit at this office for any reason. Money is tight these days. Stay away from this practice!!!!!!!

The worst office Ive ever been at. First , when my daughter was a few months old, we had to see dr.Jim, he was rude and rough with my baby, she is afraid of the doctors since. Second, a year later, my 18 months old got sick with cough and fever 102. Called the office Friday 6:50pm,they said the doctor was done for today and taking last patient, although they should work till 8pm. I called next day, same story. .. nothing was available. Few minutes later receptionist called, telling me to go to immediate care or she could schedule us for Monday. I waited till Monday, called and again they didnt have any openings. MY QUESTION IS WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR REFUSES TO SEE A SICK CHILD? WHAT ABOUT THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH?

We have been going here for a year and a half now. We really like the practice, we get in on time,rates are reasonable,they have a well and a sick room. The only thing i didnt like was the doctor we had seen since the day my daughter was born was there one month and then when we came back the next month she was gone and there wasnt a sign or anything saying she was leaving. I wish i knew where Dr. Lo went we really miss her :(
