I was taken to the hospital by ambulance after becoming dizzy from a fall in a friends house in Chicago. Very Competent Ambulance People. I was in severe pain from the fall because I have a artificial hip and some metal splints in my leg. The ER Doctor and Nurses were Good to Excellent. I suffered a lot of pain with the X-Rays. My only complaint is the roughness of the X-Ray Techs. They seemed to be in a hurry...... and oblivious to my pain.

Michelle Willis PAC and nurses working on 8/10 were great. I know it is probably difficult for medical personnel to maintain compassion for the numerous patients they see throughout the year but I felt cared for during my recent visit. They were all caring, courteous, and helpful. Thanks!

Poor service ER needs to pick high priority over non priority a person vomiting with chest pains you have them wait over 2 hours what a joke
