I just recently was looking for a good place to take my puppy and came across the Cottage Animal Clinic on google. They offered a free first appointment so I was definitely game. From the moment I walked into my appointment I realized that I had definitely made the right decision. They were extremely friendly, professional and informative. I learned alot of new things about raising my dog and was given tons of helpful tips. Dr. Greg was very smart and very good with dogs. Even with my crazy pup who barks around ALL strangers, he was able to make him feel comfortable around him within minutes while also teaching me techniques on how to go about dealing with those situations. They gave me a tour of the facility and it was very clean and nice. Within a week or so I was sent a card from the Dr. Greg that was very nice. He said how great it was to meet my pup and I, welcomed me to the facility and he informed me that I could always call if I had any questions or concerns. I DEFINITELY recommend them. They were amazing.

I went today with my new puppy. I had taken a tour of the facility when they first opened and was very impressed at the level of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. It felt like they had known me forever even after that first visit. With my new puppy in tow, they were so warm and inviting, my little guy was not the least bit intimidated and relaxed within minutes of being in the exam room. I am so thankful I found them. Dr. Borlik and his staff are very professional, but yet had a lot of personal interaction with me. I highly recommend them. The building itself may seem small for an animal hospital, but let me tell you, they are all heart and provide a high standard of care. For some reason, next to "Quality" in reads "3". I found the quality to be EXCELLENT

I absolutely LOVE the Cottage Animal Clinic! We got a little kitty from the humane society and per our rental agreement needed to have him declawed. We called tons of places in Carmel and Cottage Animal Clinic had by far the cheapest rates (I was almost worried they were so low in comparison!). However, we were greeted with the friendliest staff doctor included. They gave us a tour and showed us were the surgery and recovery would take place. Since he was declawed he had to stay for about two days and they called me and let me know when the surgery was over and told me how he was doing...not only the day of, but also the next day! It was comforting to get updates on him since I couldnt stop by to see him because of work. I cannot speak enough great things about this place!

When my cat was acting sick, the first place I took him was Cottage Animal Clinic of Carmel. I was very impressed with it. The staff was very friendly and supportive. My cat was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Failure, and though we all thought he might not make it, Dr. Borlik was determined to try everything we could to save him first. Thanks to the hard work of Dr. Borlik, his staff and my family, my cat is doing great! He may not be completely healthy yet, but his kidney levels are close to normal. Hes currently a little anemic, but were working on that, and hopefully when we take him for a checkup in 6 months, hell be completely healthy again, though I am prepared if he has to go on a special kidney diet. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

We love Dr. Greg & his staff. Our 8 month old chocolate Havanese, Chapters, gets a little nervous when hes being weighed, but as soon as Julie hugs & treats him & Dr. Greg talks to him, he calms down. We highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to feel like your vets office is an extension of your pets caring home. Dr. Gregs use of videos helps me describe Chapters behavior &/or symptoms since Chapters cant speak for himself. Plus, I ALWAYS learn something new about raising a puppy when we visit. I just recommended Cottage Animal Clinic to Henry & his mom Cheryl, new residents of Carmel from Ohio, when we recently met on the Monon!

Today was a good my little boy Prince and I got to meet our doctor and his staff and boy were they a great team I couldnt ask for better they made us feel right at home so I know for sure that we chose a great place to take my kids to and make sure they are very healthy I also have Skye my dog and Princes and Napoleon my other kitties that will be making their visits with the doctor soon as well. So if your not sure this is the place to take your kids please take my word for it this is the place for you to take them to. Thanks doctor and your staff for making me feel it was right place to be.

We switched to Cottage Animal Clinic after several years at Banfield. Sooo, happy we did. My girls love the staff and Ive walked out of each visit confident that they have received great care. There is no high pressure selling of unnecessary tests or medication & on each visit the vet & staff have listened and asked questions. I dont feel belittled because Im not the most perfect pet mom in the world. My girls are healthy & happy with some things we can do better... but, at CAC theres conversation without shaming... refreshing. Glad we made the switch. Highly recommend CAC.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend them. Extremely clean facility with excellent staff. Dr. Borlik takes the time to teach the owner and fully explain procedures. He has a wonderful rapport with animals and it shows. Our Maltese trusts him and behaves wonderfully around him, and I cant say that about the other vets she has visited. Were very pleased with the services, the Careteam, and the fees. Its kind of like visiting Mayberry, and thats not a bad thing nowadays. Five stars!

I was nervous at first, bringing my baby to a vet weve never used before. But when we got there, the staff was so nice, the facility was so homey, I felt my girl was in great hands. The doctor himself took me on a tour and explained everything that was going to take place. I was so impressed that I told my coworkers about our experience. I would definately refer other pet owners to visit this lovely center!

Dr. Borlik and his staff have cared for our Golden Retriever and 2 cats for a couple of years. 5 star treatment each time. We have had routine shots and exams, and surgeries - each time fees were explained in detail prior to services - no sticker shock like we experienced elsewhere and after the fact. Just adopted a dog from Hamilton County Humane Society and took him here for his exam and rabies vaccine. They were great with my little boy and he didnt seem nervous at all. From what I have seen so far I would recommend this place! The vet is friendly loves dogs and knows what he is talking about. Oh, and its great how they help out with the shelter dogs :)
