Dr. Spencer enabled our family to bring our beloved Ginger home and be comfortable at the end of her life. Dr. Spencer, after a very long and busy day at VCA, came to our home at 7:15 PM this evening to put Gin to sleep. Dr. Spencers compassion and understanding for our family and for the comfort of Ginger is above and beyond what is her job; it is because she is a wonderful person who truly loves the animals she cares for. Thank you Dr. Spencer for allowing me to keep my promise to Ginger. I will treasure those last hours with my Gin forever.

We took our cat here because he suddenly became sick and was dehydrated. The staff was friendly at first but that quickly changed. The vet assistants are doing all the work and the animals are suffering. My cat need the care of a vet, not their assistants. They returned him to us without cleaning him up. He came home covered in his own feces. He almost died because of their incompitance. If you care about your animals, take them somewhere else.

I moved back from overseas and had to board my 3 older small dog for 2 weeks. I also wanted someplace that could look after 1 dog who has t-cell lymphoma. Have continued with VCA for there health and grooming requirements. Best recommendation comes from the dogs them selves. They always greet ever person there with a wagging tail. The tail tells the truth!

VCA Village Park has been home to my 5 furry friends for over 6 years. I always feel like my pets are the number 1 priority here. All the staff members from receptionist to doctors are always so friendly and caring. I would recommend Village Park to anyone I know. Thank you for everything you do for my pets!

Ive taken two cats there and have yet to have an issue. Both cats have had surgery, and while I had them done at the VCA on West 86th Street, only because that one is a 24hr facility, all of my follow up has been at the Westfield/Carmel VCA.
