Hands down, some of the friendliest employees who are passionate about their work and caring for animals. You can tell right away that providing superior service to their customers is a top priority. I decided to use this clinic as they were close by and can say that I would drive an hour to see them now. Communication was impressive from the entire staff whether it was calling with questions, making appointments, reminders and even nice updates during my 3 dogs teeth cleanings. They go above and beyond and provide nice visit summaries, pictures, a pet ID that has dates and services performed, etc. The value provided is amazing for the price being charged. So glad I didnt over look this place that now feels like family to me. To all workers at Springhill Pet Wellness, I greatly appreciate your hard work, service and taking wonderful care of my pets in your care. Im looking forward to being a new life long customer. THANK YOU!

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Nichols for years. The fact that he is an integrative vet who can utilize both traditional and homeopathic treatments is a tremendous benefit to our pets. We get the best of both worlds. When other vets were about ready to give up on treating our last dog, a Toy Poodle, who had pancreatitis, Dr. Nichols was able to give us two more years with him through a combination of traditional and western medicine, such as acupuncture and Chinese herbals. He is a kind and caring vet, who explains things thoroughly and can suggest different treatment options to meet our budgetary needs at the time. One of our dogs can be quite skittish when in a vets office. He always takes the time to turn the lights down low, her her close to him and she calms right down. I really appreciate this in a vet.

We followed Dr. Nichols to this location from Geist and are even happier with the staff, attention paid to our four legged family, and the patient care. Our "seasoned" Mastiff was offered options for dealing with a ACL injury that were not considered by other vet offices. Therefore, we were able to skip the invasive surgery and opt for a less dramatic and easier recovery course of treatment. Medications were prescribed as needed, didnt upset her digestive system and whenever possible were dispensed in a homeopathic option. We welcome the marriage of traditional vet medicine along with natural care and preventative treatments. Bottom line, this practice is a service business caring for special patients and their families. We never felt like we were being sold anything.

No need to search for a vet any longer - Take your pet to Dr. Steve. He and his staff are amazing and knowledgable. Our primary reason for switching vets to Pet Wellness Clinic is that Dr. Steve includes holistic medicine too. Im all for natural healthier options if possible. Also - when I took my dog to get her teeth cleaned at my former vet, I pointed out she was limping and that it looked like she had a wart on her paw. The former vet took an x-ray and prescribed a pain /anti-inflammatory pill costing about $200. She continued to limp so I took her to Dr. Steve and he took one look at her paw and said she had a corn. He fixed the situation - wish I had gone to Pet Wellness Clinic and Dr. Steve right from the start!

My dog, Trouper, is under the care of Dr. Nichols for a ligament tear is his right stifle. I sought out Dr. Nichols services because prior experience at another vet service told me he would be knowledgeable, compassionate, forthright, and likely to be familiar with alternatives to surgery. All of that has proven to be the case. I could not have more confidence in Dr. Nichols care and treatment of Trouper. Trouper has had two Prolo with Ozone treatments. He has begun some weight bearing on his injured leg. There are no guarantees, but I know Trouper is in excellent hands - those of Dr. Nichols. And, I might add, those of his associates. Everyone has been so kind and understanding. The clinic is truly a healing place.

With all of his patience, knowledge, compassionate, and GREAT communicator has been put my mind of ease and completely confident. Dr. Steve Nichols is a warm, caring and highly skilled veterinarian. He has unusual skills in that he combines standard veterinary practice with additional skills in acupuncture, laser therapy, and the use of oriental medicines. This inclusive or combined approach is very effective as it has helped our dogs stay well and able to get around! They look forward to coming to visit his clinic - and by the way, this new one is truly state of the art with new equipment installed! His hand-picked staff is outstanding as well.

Dr. Nichols saved my dogs life on more than 1 occasion. Hes a truly gifted Veterinarian. Minnie has diabetes, cushings disease, cataracts and a bad knee. At one time her knee prevented her from walking. With acupuncture she walks, runs, & zips up steps. Her diabetes and cushings is finally under control. I owe Minnies healthy life to the skills of Dr. Nichols. He recently did prolozone therapy on her knee, I didnt realize she could get even better! Instead of surgery for her cataracts were trying drops. Im hopeful.

I love this clinic! Dr. Nichols and the entire staff are wonderful. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. They really take the time to explain everything you need to know to take care of your pet. Dr. Nichols is so loving and patient with my little, wriggly, squirmy, semi-annoying puppy, and I really appreciate it. I feel completely confident in the care of my new pup at this clinic and will be taking her there for a long time. So impressed with everyone there-------highly recommend :)

Dr. Nichols is a terrific Veterinarian. He has been my vet for more than 12 years. He helped me through many complicated health issues with my two labs, including one that had Cushings Disease and kidney failure. And now he is helping me with my new Mastiff. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and a great communicator. You really feel his concern for his patients and their owners. See Dr. Nichols and you will quickly realize that you have found a vet for life.

We love the staff at Springmill Pet Wellness! They not only took great care of our older cat, they were patient and talked through lots of options when she developed cancer. When we had to finally make the tough decision to put her down. They were understanding, gentle, sincerely cared not only about her comfort; but our well-being. They are truly an amazing staff!!!
