Weve been coming here and to their Franklin location for years and have had no problems at all. The reason Im giving a 3 star review instead of a 5 star review is because of their price points. I noticed on my most recent invoice that they raised the price of a toe nail clipping to almost $14 since last year. They also raised the price of Trifexis. I understand that they want to make money but animals have 10 toe nails and a toe nail clipping anywhere else costs way less. A toe nail clipping probably shouldnt cost more than $10 plus tax... $14 is excessive. As for raising the price on Trifexis...Well, thats an older product and Id be surprised if the manufacturer raised the price enough for vets to justify its price increase to consumers. With that being said, the vets are great and they keep our dogs happy and healthy. Update: since this was review was written 3 mo this ago they have raised the price of a toe nail trim to $14.50. Thats ridiculous. Lowering review to 2 stars because of outrageous prices!

I have been a client for 16 years and over the years the staff has degraded terribly. Most recently I purchased 4 collars (1 for each of my dogs that were being groomed) and one of the staff offered to take them back and put them on them. She returned with only 2 collared dogs. I asked why the other 2 werent collared and she said I only gave her 2. I calmly reminded her I bought 4 and she again insisted that I only gave her 2 and called me a liar. Another girl went into the back and found the 2 collars that she had dropped and brought them to me while the girl that called me a liar stayed in the back. No apology at all... The quality of the cuts had been decreasing for some time but since I was comfortable with the place I let it slide. My dogs arent show dogs :) but this was the last straw. There are too many groomers/vets to be treated this way. Take your business elsewhere.

Had our cats tooth extracted here. They were very professional and flexible with scheduling us. They knew we had to travel from far so they were great about working with us. The vet was awesome and was so great with our cat. The procedure went smoothly, the charge was actually less than quoted (not sure if this is common or not, but it was nice) . Our cat healed quickly andproperly, never really showing any sign of discomfort. The price was FAR better than another clinic we had quote us, and Franklin Animal Clinic could not have done a better job or been more awesome.

If I were only rating this clinic on their veterinarians, they would get a 5 star review for sure. I have been taking my boxer there for almost 10 years and will continue to take her there for the remainder of her life since they know her history. I am getting a boxer puppy in a month and will find a new vet for him. The reason is the price. Their prices are much higher than other vets in the area. Staff has always been great but they need to lower their prices and that isnt going to happen.

Weve been bringing our dog here for a year and half now and have always had a great experience. The staff is wonderful and its clear that they care about your pet first and foremost. Theyre not going to recommend a service or product just for the sake of making some extra money - they want you to do whats best for your furry friend. Well be moving to Avon soon and will be making the 40 minute drive to continue coming here!

No Hair cut was requested for dog. Trying to grow dog’s hair out. Only bath/hair drying and nail clipping was giving as instructions for the groomer at the time of the drop off in the morning. Did not listen!!! I received a short sheaved dog back, 4 month of hair growth out the window.

Its not all 5 star with brand new remodeling but I love the vets there. I feel like they actually CARE about my loved one. They are 5 star all the way with care AND expertise. Cant speak for the groomers though. I think its actually a separate business.
