The are very slow. Why even make appointments if you still have to wait 2 hours, for a simple physical. Then finally got done with the doctor and had to wait 20 more minutes waiting on my paperwork. I finally went and asked about it. The receptionist had been talking to and looking at the computer with the other one went over to where they keep the files and said your files not hear the doctor must not be done with it I look down at her desk and I got my files right there. I guess gossiping, social hour, and playing on the Internet is more important than helping the people that are there.

This office is completely rude. Ive never had such a bad experience. First of all we sat here for over thirty minutes with out anyone coming up and asking us what was wrong or taking our name, then we waiting another thirty minutes to have an id checked and vitals taken. All they did was say that we were fine and make us leave. The staff acted like we were a complete waist of time and a disturbance to them. I would never recommend this place. You should never have a nurse walk away and you be able to hear what they are saying under their breath.

This place has made a lot of changes Ive been going here since it used to be MOHC and today was the fastest service Ive ever had here Joshua is probably the coolest person Ive dealt with here so if you have to come here call first and see if hes working he will get you right in and out for a drug screen my hats off to the changes that have been made internally

Clearly had back injury. Act like Im faking. Have no concept of HIPAA privacy laws. Discussed my diagnosis and treatment in common area where other patients could hear. Spoke to random person in lobby about what was happening with me. Assumed the person was my supervisor. The person was not associated with me.

Wait an hour for a quick and simple urine analysis while the technicians sit in a room together joking around. What a waste! Their vision, mission, and values are all contradictive of the way the do business! Leah at the reception counter was the only exception, very polite and pleasant!

Worst place front office staff is rude and careless. I have to wait 2 hours to pee for a test. It takes 2 minutes to call someone back and pee trust me I work for an office and I would never treat patients or have waits this long. I will definitely not recommend anyone here!

Checked-in for my CDL physical at 8AM. Filled-out all paper-work, had the complete exam & was out the door in 1 hour & 20 minutes! ALL staff-members were VERY-VERY helpful & informative in every way! I very HIGHLY RECOMMEND U.S. Health Works! I will be going back for sure!!

This place is so slow. I understand they do workmans comp stuff, but when your appointment is at 10am and its 11:15am and you havent been seen yet its a joke. The staff is rude, we waited five minutes at the window to sign in with a nurse sitting right there. Just sad.

53 minutes later and I still have not got my drug test while waiting to pee. Told me if I left it was a test refusal. This place should probably be investigated for gross incompetence.

I scheduled an appointment, showed up 10 min early. Lobby has about 2 other patients in it, I waited an hour 45 min after my scheduled appointment before I was called up

Made 2pm appt 10 days in advance. Showed up 1:15pm. Finally saw the doctor at nearly 5pm! This place is garbage. Weird doctor probably couldnt find work anywhere else.
