I went to this clinic for the first time and it will be my last time. I went in with breathing problems and they put me on a breathing machine for about 5 minutes and the cost was 33.00 which I wasnt told it would be. They were aware we didnt have insurance and that was literally all the doctor did. anyway in the end when I went to pay she said it was $178.00 for the office visit and $33.00 for the breathing treatment so in total it was $211.00 WOW. So I asked the front desk lady to check with the doctor asking why it cost so much for an office visit, again $178.00 is rather steep I thought. Well she knocked it down to $123.00 but when I went to get the prescription filled for the liquid to use it the nebulizer machine it was only $12.70 for 30 treatments but I had to pay $33.00 in the office for one treatment. This place is not a place to go if your sick and have no insrance, next time I will drive the extra 15 miles and go to Urgent Care, it would have cost alot less. I will NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.

Crystal Lake Clinic is by far the WORST doctors office I have ever been to! My personal experience is with the one in Interlochen, Michigan because its the only one that offered a pediatrician, who was still only there part-time. The receptionist was cold, heartless, and flat out rude. They refuse to work with you as far as scheduling. The last time I took in my infant the doctor refused to see him because we were 10 minutes late due to a snow storm!! He was 8 weeks old and just recovering from RSV in which he was hospitalized for. On previous occasions the doctor spent no more than 5 minutes in the room for a quick examination in which he lacked sympathy and concern. The only reason I give this place one star is because the nursing staff was polite and friendly. Needless to say i will not return there and have transferred all records to other places. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and it should either close or replace its entire staff.

Our 6 month old son is sick so we stopped by the location off of 31 and they were nice enough to recommend we go to the this location that has a pediatrician since their doctors didnt see children. We called ahead to that location and were told that if we could make it in by 2p they would be happy to see us. We confirmed we would be there at 1:30. We arrived at 1:30 and were told that the pediatrician had left for the day and their NP was booked for the rest of the day so we were out of luck. My advice is to avoid this clinic. Even after making an obvious mistake they were not willing to help out or to do anything to help make it right. We had to drive another 30m north to get to Munson Urgent Care and now will be waiting here for at least another hour.

My experience with Crystal lake clinic was amazing Dr Flinn is one of the most helpful doctor I have ever went to he spends time with you in the office and always give great advice also I take my two month old daughter to the pediatrion there which is doctor o Mara and he was wonderful with my daughter the ladies at the front desk are always wonderful and very helpful and the nurses are wonderful and super nice there also. I was totally recommend this one.

I have been going to Crystal Lake Clinic for over 15 years. I have recommended them to all of my family and many friends. I was sad to see Dr. Barber leave, but Dr. Flynn is amazing. The staff are all kind and helpful. The Drs listen and genuinely care about their patients. Very professional and inviting atmosphere. Ill never go to another Dr office.
