9/17/16!!! I took my cat Rocky there in July 2015 to get a rabies shot. I also got some medicine for his ears. Everyone was nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. They raved about what a good looking cat Rocky is. Very clean and affordable. I highly recommend them! 9/17/16!!! I just took my cat Rocky for his checkup and rabies shot 9/17/16. A very clean facility. Everyone was so friendly. My cat Rocky is around 14 years old. His eating habits had changed. Also his ears were bothering him very bad. I was so worried! The Doctor let me look down in Rockys ears with the magnified instrument. His ears were pink and clean. I think my Cat is playing me! I was told to wait a few weeks if his eating habits had not changed. Then I could do a senior profile testing. I was not badgered to have more tests or to buy products. Rocky received a clean bill of health. He gets around very well. Not bad for a stray we found in 2005! I am so Happy with Dr. Latimer and his staff. I highly recommend everyone consider bring their Pets here!

Prices are outrageous and when I call to leave a message for him to call me back because my 4 month old puppy is having seizures and doing really bad never even got a call back also when i took her in the last time didnt do any blood work or anything when she was sick again and sent her home I had to rush her to hillside animal hospital who then told me my puppy had no red blood cells in her body and that she was dying ! I could of gotten her a blood transfusion but no guarantee that she would survive it she was already dying and has been suffering so I put her to sleep to end her suffering ! I will never take any of my dogs there again hillside in floyd knobs is the best and they are more worried about your pets well being then money they didnt even charge me to put my baby down and make me a memorial thing for her no charge ! Need more vets like hillside who actually care for your pet not how much money they can get out of you !!!!

We moved up here about a year ago. We needed to find a vet. We have been going to Paoli, In. but it was to far for us to travel that far if we had an emergency. Then we got a card in the mail about a new place opening up. So we started going there. I am so glad we did. The staff and Dr. Latimer are so nice, and professional. They seem to love their work. My dog Rocky loved the old vet we had he wasnt nerves going to see him. Now Rocky loves Dr. Latimer he is not nerves or shaky when he see him at all. If you are new in the area, or just want to get a new vet. I recommend that you go and see Dr. Latimer and the staff they are so friendly and the prices are reasonable.

This is the second time I have used Latimer Animal Hospital. The first time was with our cat and was so impressed with the service and pricing I did not hesitate to take my dog in. My dog is 16 years old and does not adjust well with most new people or any change but Dr Latimer and his staff was so much at ease that my dog was very calm and relaxed. Instead of trying to run excessive tests and procedures went right to the exam and diagnosed the problem. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me I will use Latimer Animal Hospital from now on with all of my furry family members and highly recommend them to everyone

My dog is a rescue and I did not have a lot of experience with vets or any close recommendations. I came to Latimer after a google search shown the highest rating with the most reviews. I can defiantly say I understand why. From the moment I went in the people were enthusiastic. I took him there one morning when he was not able to walk the night before. They explained every process they were doing, made sure my dog was comfortable (being a rescue he is VERY timid without me), and they involved me in the options by informing me of choices I could take where we were with his situation. Do not let the new office fact scare you. This place was amazing.

Ive had two more than positive experiences with Latimer Animal Hospital. First I brought my dog Boone in for an ear infection. Dr. Latimer was fantastic with Boone and prescribed the perfect fix for his ears. He was back to himself in no time! Then last week my little mini pini Poopsnickity hurt her arm/neck pretty good. Dr. Latimer assured me it would get better and gave me some anti-inflammatories for her. Sure enough it only took a couple days for her to be running around crazy again. Being new from the west coast it was important for me to find the perfect vet for my pooches. And we definitely did.

Id been searching for a place to get my dogs teeth cleaned for a while, but could never get past the price local vets were charging. I received a flyer in the mail for a new vet and thought Id give them a call. Wow! Im so happy I did. Latimer animal hospital is wonderful! They were upfront with pricing, which was refreshing... not to mention their pricing is actually affordable. The staff are welcoming and warm and the care they give is top notch. Ive since taken my dog to have ear surgery, and again, they did not disappoint. I trust them with my basset hound and recommend Dr. Latimer to everyone I know.

Absolutely 5 Stars You made my baby boy Maui better within a day. I was so freaked out when i brought him to you and cannot express the relief I felt even as I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for you to get back with me on his condition. The staff was amazing as well and had answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I will definitely bring the rest of the furr babies to you as long as we are here in Indiana. Thank you for explaining what my options were and costs beforehand it was such a relief being in such good hands, I cannot thank you enough. Wendy

Both of my dogs are rescue dogs. They both can be a bit skittish around new people. Every member of the staff was more than great with them. One of my pups had an inured leg & shoulder. We previously went to Allison lane where they would muzzle him. Doctor Latimer was so patient with him. My dog even wound up letting the doctor pick him up (which is a big deal for him). I was so impressed and so thankful for such a kind & helpful place to take them. We will be using Latimer for all of our visits/checkups & I would suggest anyone else to do the same.
