We recently moved to the area and our 10 year old dog had been treated by the same veterinarian for all of his life and had been diagnosed with a chronic illness and treated for many years. We provided a lifetime of medical records, this vet wanted to run hundreds of dollars worth of tests to make their own diagnosis and when asked what the treatment would be we were told it was the SAME medicine our dog had been receiving for years!!! They would only give a one months supply of his medicine. We were told they would not give more without the expensive testing. Basically they are holding our dogs health hostage for financial profit. Welcome to Indiana....we will be finding a veterinarian that cares about our dog and not their bottom line!!!

Our poodle started having seizures. Our vet was able to treat her but was going to be out of town the next week the day after he seen her while out of town she had another and was soo weak and in pain. She was 15 years old and had been through 4 surgeries. We just couldnt stand to see her in any more pain. Was recommended to new castle. 5hey were so very compassionate and treated her with love and respect. After they put a little scarf on her. Wrapped her in her blanket and brought her to us and took the time to talk with us and let us know they understood our grief. Cant say enough thank you. Thank you from our hearts

I brought my cat in to be put to sleep and they started with the money right away. After the vet was rude to me they attempted to cath him multiple times and failed at it as the cat screamed. He hid under a chair next to me after they gave him a sedative then took him to a private area where they gased him. He was given to me a few minutes later after i paid the bill in a cardboard box. My cat spent his last half and hour miserable and terrified because of this place. Jim Baker

I was in New Castle caring for an elderly parent when my Labrador was attacked by another dog. Not only did they see my dog within 15 minutes of my frantic phone call, Dr. Reese and her staff gently took care of his wounds and had us on our way in no time. I recommend them highly!

We have been bringing our dogs and cat there since they were born. Prices are fairly reasonable. Staff is always professional and polite. They understand they they are not treating just a dog or cat, that this is someones family member. The dogs love coming and so do we.
