I feel like I cant say enough good things about Friendship Animal Hospital and their amazing staff. They truly care about pets and provide exceptional service. Everytime weve needed an appointment they get us in quickly, provide excellent medical care, and follow up after. Ive been so impressed with how they walk the line of thorough care without over treating. My rescue dog was very unsocialized when we adopted her and they do an amazing job with her. They go so far out of the way to make her comfortable. We did classes with the behavior specialist. We were so pleased with the results. It was very educational for us as owners and fun for our dog. All the goals we went in with were met. Their prices are very competitive. All around exceptional.

Friendship Animal Hospital is the best vet clinic Ive ever been to. I went there for convenience (its close to my house), but I have stayed because my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Prince is so kind and she always treats my pets (2 cats and 1 dog) with so much love and attention. They really make you feel like a priority. Keri, the Behavioral Specialist, is absolutely fantastic and has been beyond helpful in training our puppy who has pretty severe anxiety issues. Kelly at the front desk is so helpful, and the rest of the staff are just as wonderful. I have recommended Friendship Animal Hospital to many friends and they have experienced the same great things that I have. Thanks for being a fantastic vet clinic!!

My dog absolutely LOVES Dr. Prince and her employees! Dr. Prince is very kind and knowledgeable. You can tell that she really cares for animals and their over-all well being. She did a fantastic job on my dogs neuter and the after-care he received was exceptional! When she is talking to you, you know what she is being truthful and honest. She explains medications, treatments and the process of recovery and such in great detail, which is fabulous and very helpful! Weve gone to a few Vets in the Kalamazoo area, and I must say, she stands out the most. The facilities are very clean and updated. And as an added bonus, her fees are really reasonable - she doesnt charge and arm and a leg.

Friendship is a very new vet office. I took my 9 year old Golden Retriever there recently because we are new to the area and he needed to see a vet. Dr. Prince is so nice and actually sat on the floor with Sunny to examine him. I was so happy with how well they took care of him there. My only complaint is that they seem to have a tendency to prescribe name brand drugs but I have not yet asked for something cheaper so I cant say that they wont be willing to do that. Also, even though the clinic is new, Dr. Prince has been practicing for a long time.

Our dog had a very serious diagnosis requiring surgery. The pre-surgery communication was compassionate and very detailed. They answered every question. There was a complication after surgery requiring emergency care and everything was handled efficiently and our dog and our family were treated with such kindness! The staff and surgeon saved our dogs life. Hes feeling great now! We know we wont have him with us forever, but we are grateful to Friendship Animal Hospital for treating us all so well and for the extra days we get to share with our sweet dog!

Dr. Prince and her staff are amazing and, having had dogs most of my life, this is the best vet Ive been to. Its a very clean, open place - the staff are always genuinely kind and cheerful, Dr. Prince is fantastic at explaining what might be/is happening to your pet, and does not ignore the emotions that come with having a sick pet. They helped me through the illnesses and death of my 2 senior dogs this past year and really helped to make both experiences less painful - handling my dogs (and me!) with care and respect and kindness. They are great.

Dr. Prince came highly recommended by a co- worker friend of mine . I had the chance today to meet her and see her exam our Dodger dog. She is excellent with him! She loves the dogs and it shows as she is doing her exam and always talking lovingly to them. Dr? Prince has also generously and so kindly worked my brothers dog in from out of state Amigo when he needed to be seen. I was very impressed watching her she loves her job and it shows. Thank you Dale M our dear friend for this recommendation .Great vet techs as well.

Friendship Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Prince love cats. You can tell by the way they interact with them. Dr. Prince is gentle doing her manual exam speaking soothingly to her "patient". She explains the diagnostic test(s) necessary to make a correct diagnosis and then explains in detail the results of the diagnostic test(s) along with the preferred treatment. I would recommend her to any cat owner who wants a caring Vet.

I LOVE Friendship Animal Hospital and my dog Bo loves it too. The staff is so friendly and super knowledgeable. They always make time to fit us in with our busy schedules and follow up with us on medications and shots etc. They communicate very well and Dr. Prince always takes great care in making sure we understand everything that needs to be addressed before she proceeds. Great vet!! Highly recommend!

Even though they were fully booked with appointments into the next week, they arranged for me to drop off my dog with urgent care needs early in the morning so she could be examined between appointments, and even managed to fit in the subsequent procedures she needed. She got to go home later the same day! Excellent communication, extremely friendly and compassionate staff, outstanding care.

Dr. Prince and her staff are amazing, they take care of your pet like they are their own! Right from the front desk to leaving, you feel the love and care of your animal. They sit on the floor with you and your pet, they let your pet give them love! I cant begin to tell people how you will love this group of caring individuals!!! From puppy or kitten through older adult!!!

Kelly at the front desk is always friendly and super helpful, Kari the animal behavioral specialist always has good advice for us and offers home visits and classes to help with training, and Dr. Prince is a wonderful, caring, extremely knowledgeable veterinarian. We will never take our two dogs anywhere else.

They spent time with us and our newly adopted dogs to explain everything and give us tips for how to best care for and train our dogs. We never felt rushed and our animals left very happy.
