I brought my dog Rocky there and while he was being examined the vet asked me where I worked and that it must be a good paying job. And when I went to pay for the services.the receptionist said I need to adjust this bill or you will never come back. I didnt go back until my boxer Frankie was going into heart failure and a woman came out from the back and said he wasnt who wasnt even a vet. We waited only to be presented a bill. Without even an examination!!!! We waited and waited! I walked out, only to have my dog collapse in the parking lot. Then someone came outside and said theyll see you now. We just drove away! My Frankie passed away the next day from heart failure. I will never ever bring my animals to this vet again!

St. John Animal Clinic is the best animal clinic I have ever been to. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and the doctors are extremely talented. The doctors take their time with their clients; I have never felt rushed, and I ask a ton of questions, so this says a lot! The techs are caring and professional, the reception staff is extremely helpful, and the prices are exceptionally fair. I have been a customer since I moved to the area 8 years ago, and I have had only positive experiences with them. I adore this clinic! If you havent already, give them a try; you wont be disappointed!

Awesome vet and boarding! The staff is always friendly. They took extra special care of my German shepherd after she got a bad rash/infection on her muzzle. It happened so quickly and the vet was able to see her right away. I feel that I truly trust the vets and staff. Also, there is a boarding kennel and groomer attached to the hospital who is also awesome.

This clinic is appalling I called on a Sat with a sick dog and was refused service because I was a new client and it is app only I was told to go to an emergency clinic I went to Munster animal hospital who saw Bo and treated him I will never use this clinic

What is the point of making an appointment? Twice Ive had to wait over 1 hour to get service for my pet. Very slow!!!!
