I understand no place is perfect nor with healthcare ever be, but never seen anyone closed an incision with glue after spaying a dog. It dehisced as I feared it would 3 days later. Shes an inside dog and I had a responsible sitter while I was at work to make sure no jumping on or off beds or porch etc and walked outside on a leash. We took every precaution. Took her back to vet and while in waiting room some guy came out and said hed put a couple staples in it. I expected to go to an exam room but we were never taken back and no anesthetic used as he put two staples in her abdomen. Then a girl said shed put a cone on her and it was clearly wrong size so tied a mesh homemade band around her girth then wove mesh in the cone around her neck and tied to mesh around abdomen. My dog could not walk without looking at the sky or it dragged ground. Our whole experience was a hot mess. We werent given our rabies tag from Mondays vaccination till today and never got post opt paperwork or any paperwork till today. Only person to introduce themselves to me was girl that answered the phone and was very pleasant in person. Also, day of surgery I had a new leash on my dog and picked her up with a leash nearly chewed into. Asked if there was a mistake to be told, "no, its yours because it was clamped to her cage". Enter experience was awful. Id suggest any humane society using any vet follow up day of surgery and several days out so they know where to send clients for best care and experience. Hope my experience is an isolated one as many people wont post on media websites. I wish I could post pics of my dogs abdomen before we took her back and now. It has a huge hematoma now with two misplaced staples. We will be seeing another vet tomorrow. Hope she survives this awful experience.

My dachshund was hit by a car last week after hours, we were in shock and scared, my friend recommended Dr Wojo, we called them and left message and they called us right back. We took Fred to Animal Medical Hospital and met Mimi, she calmly took control of the situation not wasting any time probably knowing that time was not on our side. Dr Wojo operated on Fred for 2hrs. Our Fred had collapsed lung, spleen split in half, kidney detached, ureter issues plus some. Fred has progressed beyond anyones expectations. Im so thankful for Dr Wojo and his caring staff and their compassion and dedication to animals. I never imagined I would be a dog mom and now I cant imagine not being one...

Took my dog on Thursday before New years paid upfront and gave all important information. My dog died and NO ONE contacted after I left numerous messages no returned call either I picked my dead frozen dog today and they handled everything unprofessional and rude. Not offering any supporting advice the lady was rude to us as well on Thursday. My dog dying isnt the horrible thing but the way you handled things speaks volumes. Dog died on the 31st but no one contacted us. I could have cared for him more atleast I would have been there instead of saying they was helping him just to throw him in a box and do nothing to save him! Atleast the vets office had a great new year party.

Called down there to set up and appointment for my sick dog. Got a voicemail. Thought I would try again and got a person. Was told to hold and then was hung up on. Called yet again and nothing but a busy signals. So I wasted my gas and drove down there only for the door to be locked and a "no vetc sign on the door. Was it really that hard to just tell me that on the phone?

The staff has been nothing but nice and helpful over the years. Dr. Wojo has the best prices Ive found in our area AND hes a good vet. I get more than what I pay for! He has an emergency number and will call you back on weekends. Im so glad someone is a good vet and affordable for our pet and family. I would definitely recommend Animal Medical Hospital.

These guys care. It was the middle of the night when one of our dogs had an issue... We called the emergency number and received a call back promptly, not from a service, but from the doctor himself. Because it was urgent, he met us onsite late at night. Now that show he really cares.

Our dog, Wee-Man, was attack by a dog on a Saturday afternoon. They came in and treated him. He ended up with several staples in 2 different spots, he stayed there until Monday evening and our bill was VERY reasonable!!! Most importantly, Dr. Wojo and his staff are phenomenal!

I have taken several of my animals there. The doctor has saved one from dying. He was gracious enough to give me a little time to pay him. The place is busy for a reason. Im taking my cat to be neutered friday and have alot of confidence that my baby will be taken care of.

Dr. Wojo and his staff are the best I have found anywhere in the last 10 years. They care about each fur baby that comes through their door. Just wish I had taken my Sam to them to begin with, because I believe he would still be alive if I had. Love them all.

We love this place! I have been going here since I was a kid, and my parents brought our animals here. Now, as an adult, this is the only place we use! They are always affordable, quick, and great with our pets. We wouldnt use anyone else!!!
