Office staff, specifically schedulers, at this location are the WORST customer service representatives!!!! The nursing and physician staff are wonderful, but some wouldnt get that far b/c you dont want to deal with their front office...RUDE!!!!!

After signing off on having my information private, theyve called my mom on two separate occasions about appointment information. I am still waiting to hear back from their office manager about this HIPAA violation.

once you get it out of the lobby after waiting an hour plus (althought there were only two ppl waiting when i got there) the doctors and nurses are great!
