My experience with this hospital was bad... the first visit was great but then my dog split his nail in half I took my dog in on Monday the 7th they took his nail of and glued it then on Saturday the 12th it split open but this time was worse there was blood every where on my kitchen floor my poor babys paw bleeding from the same spot and when I called them to tell them about it... when I told them it was there mess up they told me I could bring him back in but would have to pay for it. When they admitted it on the phone that it was there mess up!!! Im very disappointed in the fact that all they care about is money then about the care of my dog.... Its really upsetting will NEVER go back there again!!! If the doctor messed up then I shouldnt have to pay anything!!!

We have been with Dr. Henderson since 2009, when a friend referred us because she wouldnt take her dogs anywhere else. And even though we moved to Platte City in 2014, we still return for checkups and boarding. We have received nothing short of stellar service for 8 years now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Henderson is excellent. We have several friends and family members who take their pets to him. He charges very reasonable prices and is very fair. Highly recommended!
