We were going to another vet clinic nearby, and although they were cheaper, they were also very inexperienced with our type of dog. They had us come in five different visits, picking up new prescriptions and new food every time. Their waiting area was always over-flowing with people and their pets, but it was a very uncomfortable experience for all. Finally, on the last visit, they recommended we take our dog to an animal psychologist as they believed our dogs skin condition was all in her head and they thought she might be faking it to get attention. Unreal. We had a good friend recommend Creekside and they diagnosed the problem on the very first visit. Their waiting area is calm and peaceful and the staff does an excellent job with scheduling. The doctors really take the time to get to know you and your pet, and weve never felt rushed or pressured. They have always been very upfront with all costs for any procedures or medications and are happy to recommend alternatives if cost is an issue for you. The doctors are both young family men and are very kind and caring, both to their staff and their patients. We never have a problem getting an appointment or speaking with the doctors, both of whom go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied. Theyve even given us their cell phone numbers and called us at home to make sure everything was okay with our dog. In short, this vet clinic has been a god-send to us. The office staff and the doctors are kind, caring, professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and are trying very hard to satisfy all their clients needs. I feel very fortunate to have them establish their business here in The Woodlands/Spring area and share their love and knowledge of animals with the residents here. I will continue to recommend their services to everyone I know as they further establish their business in our area.

I took my cat kitty exam/health checkup. It was around $59.99. They were very nice to him and were pleasant people. They were very informative too. I will come back here if any of my three cats behavior patterns change (Ex:loss in weight, not eating.) and anything that would make me worry. The exam was stuff I already pretty much knew from researching online. Check the ears for evidence of mites, check kitty butt temperature, listen to his heart, look at his eyes, check his mouth/gums/teeth, and look for anything weird on his body, look for signs of fleas(ex:flea dirt)etc. Aside from that, they will have a record of my cat. They even gave him a birth date from the info we gave them. Jan28, 2005. Update My cat was diagnosed with Feline Diabetes here. We bought their special pet food, and kitty was not getting better. They told us to get him insulin shots, but kitty still wouldnt get better. Kitty would be brought to spend one night to test his glucose. This happen at least 4 times over the days but not close in time. Still no results. Stopped buying their special food. Long story short, from my perspective they do not know what to do with Feline Diabetes that much and drain a good amount of cash from us with the cat never recovering from it. He was old and was put down near the month of May. Now that kitty is gone, I think they wont take the needles that got piled up over the days. We use to be able to give them the used insulin needles for the cat and now suddenly we cant drop it off there. Whether this is because we dont have a sick cat or it is a new change, I do not know. Other than the cash drain and not really any significant results, they are very nice people. I recommend this place.

I have three dogs ages 8, 11 and 15 and we have seen many vets over the years. We moved to Tomball in June of last year and it was a happy accident that we found Creekside. My small dog became really sick on a Friday and I was turned down by three offices that said they were already booked up for the day. I was accustomed to having to call numerous vets in a pinch as this has happened many times over the years. Then I called Creekside. We were worked into the schedule and told that they never turn away a sick pet. Doc had surgeries and procedures of all kinds that day and still took a moment to see us.This has never happened before. Fast forward to now and my three dogs have all been in for visits with various needs as they are getting older. From the reception staff to the technicians to Dr. Dolan , these folks are kind, professional, honest and understanding. My two sons ages 1 and 2 are always in tow when we visit and are greeted warmly and the staff always lends a hand! Dr. Dolan takes time to explain everything and understands that costs can be high with pet care and always works with me to have a plan of care that will keep my dogs healthy and happy but will be as conscientious as possible on our bank account. In other words, no BS here. If its necessary he categorizes it at a high priority and a baseline and lets me know which suggestions of his are not as pressing. We will be moving in a few months and if We remain within 20 or 30 miles from here, we will continue to come see them! I was feeling bad that this review was long overdue, but am actually happy I waited because I have been there many times and feel very strongly about what I have said here.

Dr. Dolan, Dr. Robinson, Brigette, and the entire support staff at Creekside are a wonderful choice for all your pets needs. Their love for their furry/four-legged clients is obvious right form the start. Weve been bringing our two cavaliers to them for several years. They are always honest, professional and having been great to squeeze us in on very short notice whenever an issue arises (and they have!). They recently handled a complicated move for our dogs as we relocated to Australia. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a complete service health care team that are truly caring and compassionate. They even have fresh cookies for my kids every time we visit - bonus!

I was in town visiting a friend and my poor little yorkiepoo started throwing up. It didnt get any better so I went to the nearest clinic, which was Creekside. I waited all day to take her hoping it would get better, so I arrived near closing time. The staff showed a lot of care and concern for us and did whatever they could to take care of us, even though Im sure they were all wanting to go home for the day. Debbie, the manager, was so nice and Dr. Dolan fixed my precious babys ailments with a professional, caring attitude as they knew how anxious I was being in a strange town and all. If I lived there, I would definitely make this clinic my primary pets care.

Creekside Animal Hospital is one of the best veterinary facilities I have ever visited. The prices were fair, but more importantly the staff and doctors were caring and compassionate when it came to my pets welfare and my piece of mind. Dr. Lewis even personally followed up on more than one occasion to see how our little girl was doing. I would highly recommend Creekside Animal Hospital to anyone in The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, and Magnolia area when it comes veterinary services, and taking care of our dear furry family members.
