My first appointment at the clinic was great. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Goldberg was so nice and really explained everything they were going to do and the results of the blood work. My second appointment was not as great. It seemed like there was some miscommunication amongst staff. I was told I would receive a call after my dogs surgery to inform me of how everything went, but instead I had to reach out. I understand they must all be very busy, but please dont tell owners you will update them if you dont have the time to do so. I actually had to call twice because there seemed to be some phone difficulties. I was informed that the tube, feeding my dog fluids was accidentally removed and repeatedly reminded it was fine, and her leg was just swollen because of the fluids. This upset me because they did not brother to notify me of the situation until I made the call to get the update, but was called before the surgery to approve and get charged for the fluids. The nurse then informed me, my dog would be ready for pick up at 6:30, which was news to me because I was told my pet would have to stay over night for observation by Dr Goldberg and her staff. I was placed on a brief hold and was somewhat able to clarify this misunderstanding with the Dr., but he just told me, if it were his pet he would want them to come home since no one would be at the clinic over night. I made arrangements to have my pet picked up at 6:30 pm because who wants their fur baby to be all alone after a surgery? When my parents arrived to pick up my pet, they were informed otherwise and were advised to let the dog stay overnight. I completely understand for my dogs own safety that it was best to make sure everything went well, but what upset me was the miscommunication and added stress. I spent the whole night worrying about my dog. The following morning, I called the clinic to find out when I could pick up my pet and was again informed of a process I did not know of. Apparently I had to make an appointment to pick up my dog. Which Im wondering would have been useful information because if I didnt call the clinic that morning, I wouldnt have known. The staff at the clinic were great, its the lack of communication amongst staff and their clients that really upset me.

I was searching for a new vet as Id had a bad experience with my old one, and lost a beloved pet without knowing if putting her down was the right decision. I chose Copperfield Animal Clinic because they were close, which would reduce stress on my cats, and the reviews indicated it was worth a try. I have been very pleased with my visits. I had an elderly cat with very bad congestion, and a young kitten with drastic loss of appetite. In both situations the veterinarian listened to me, communicated clearly what my options were, and worked with me to take great care of my pets while understanding my budget limitations. It has been a year since these initial visits and I have returned for their yearly check up. I am again happy with the service, communication, and professionalism I have experienced while there. This clinic has been a MUCH more positive experience for me than the previous clinic I used, and I feel confident that they will work with me to take great care of my furry companions throughout their lives. Thank you, Copperfield Animal Clinic, for the service you provide! My cats thank you too! EDIT: My 15 year old cat just had a tooth cleaning and tooth extraction. Explanations and estimates on the procedure were clear and the bill matched the estimate spot on. My cat has recovered very well, and the doctor and staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you again, Copperfield Animal Clinic!

I have used them before for shots but found them highly overpriced. We actually had a major problem the day after Thanksgiving this year. Our oldest Chihuahua managed to find a brick of rat poison in the garage and ate over half of it. Luckily she carried it in the house and my wife saw it. Took the dog to another clinic around the corner who claim to be a pet hospital, They had me wait around and then said there was nothing they could do. Refereed me to a clinic by phone and as I frantically punched in the number Copperfield came up in my phone.They told me to come right in. Took the dog there and they immediately went to work on her, making her throw up and then put her on IV as well as giving her large dose of charcoal pills. They kept her overnight for observation and fluids and the whole bill was under 500.00. They also called to check on her over the rest of the weekend. They were very good and I will be going back to them with the rest of the dogs from now on. This new management are really good people who treat the animals well, are highly competent, caring and do not gouge you on pricing. This is a major change from the old management. Give them a try, we are very happy with the results of the recent problem, Natalie Goldberger and her staff are the best.

Waited forever....wasnt dr. Goldberg that saw my dog...forget the doctors name largely bc I couldnt understand her ...English wasnt good. Clean office is only positive. The vet exam was no more than the way I examine my dog....she looked in her ears, said her teeth, skin and coat looked good...I took her in for a possible UTI and they didnt do anything but charge me $35 for office visit and $60 for antibiotics...had I not questioned if there was a less expensive antibiotic they would of charged me $130 for them....they also tried prescribing rimadyl for pain....which was also another $40...not to mention vaccinations that they said my dog needed, which she does, but I said no only because I can get them elsewhere for 1/2 the price....never going back!!

Excellent!!! I called Copperfield purely by mistake thinking they were another vet in Cypress area. Glad that I did! My oldest girl had a bad ear infection and needed to be seen last minute on a Saturday and they worked her in. After two weeks, her infection was cleaned up and she was able to get her boosters and chipped. Then I took my other girl in the following week for her boosters. Dr. Goldburger sat on the floor with my girls and loved on them like they were her own. The staff also didnt mind me bringing my kids along and treated us with respect and didnt get the least bit annoyed by the loudness. LOL. Thank you, team! :-) See yall in another year!

Absolutely LOVE the care they provide. Always super friendly and sweet with my maltipoo when I take him in for shots. I have been in few other clinics and this one is by far the best. SUPER clean always, NOT packed! When I make my appointment Im in and out FAST - no waiting and always on time. Not sure how it is without appointment but when I make it they are quite open to schedule you in within couple of days if necessary. Also, they always send me reminders for checkups so I am very happy with that. Prices are VERY affordable and Im happy with their knowledge and service. Highly recommend to anyone with a pet! :D :D Super happy customer! THANK YOU!
