I walked in and all three ladies, a doctor, receptionist and nurse, who were up front made no attempt to recognize I was there. I had a 3:30 appointment and was there on time. After ten minutes of being outright ignored while all three fussed over a printer, I asked if I could get checked finally. After filling out the information sheet, it was still another ten minutes of waiting and getting no response. After twenty minutes, watching the three I decided I didnt trust my cat in this clinic. They were very loud and noisy in the reception area, and all I could do is watch my cat become more and more distressed. I chose this clinic due to being near by and the reviews seemed promising... absolutely not. I will never return this location and warn others from ever going.

The veterinarian there does not like to write prescriptions. She sells vetsulin for 54 dollars a bottle. It is a very small bottle. Allivet, an online vet pharmacy, sells it for 36 dollars a bottle. Allivet sent her 3 requests and she would not send them a prescription. She also told me that if I bought from Allivet that I would have to bring my dog in every two weeks for a blood sugar checkup. She never needed me to come in every two weeks while I was buying the 54 dollars a bottle of vetsulin from her. It showed me that she really did not care about us or my dog.

We have and always will take our fur babies to Dr. Hendricks. Dr. Hendricks and her caring staff have always went above and beyond to care for Dirt and Bootz and made us feel like family. Dr.Hendricks is definately in the business for her love of animals. My precious girl Bootz had some problems as she got older that involved surgery. Dr.Hendricks (Melissa) along with her wonderful staff was amazing to my girl and brought her smoothly through surgery and saved her from pain she was in. Love,love,love this place;)

This is a wonderful veterinarian. The office is small, but the love for the animals definitely makes up for it. My dog is always happy when he leaves Dr. Hendricks office. Emergencies happen, so be patient with your local vet. There arent as many vets as there are hospitals, so the the demand for care is higher.
