This is one of the most caring and experienced vet offices I have ever worked with. We used Crestwood animal hospital and they were also great but this office is closer to us now. Dr. Fulkerson and the staff here are amazing. They really listen and help you with what can often be difficult times. We run a rodent rescue and have 6 dogs so we are here at least once a week. If you have an exotic pet this is the place for you. If you have a "standard" pet, they dont suggest things you dont need and they help keep you up to date with reminders for maintenance visits.

I had a guinea pig for about 5 years. She died 2 years ago. This is the only vet I have ever used. When I took her there because she was itching so badly, not eating and losing fur, the vet found she had mites( probably from her bedding we used at the time), he medicated her and she never had any more mites. When she was older, she decided to eat the clasp off a necklace I was wearing! The vet took her in right away. When Bibi died, the vet actually cried. I now have a goldendoodle (as of yesterday). I will never even try another vet.

My dog suffered with hemotomas in his ears and severe ear infections for 3 years until I changed to Stony Brook. They cleared up the most recent hemotoma without sending him home with drains and cleared up the entire infection. Poor babys ear drum in one ear had already burst and the other had to be burst to remove infection behind it. He no longer whimpers and scratches at his ears and no longer shakes his head to the point of bursting blood vessels. The entire staff is wonderful and Dr. Laura Fulkerson is fantastic! Thank you all!!

I have taken my pets to these vets for several years now and I truly believe they are the best vets Ive ever had. They really care deeply about animals. They are knowledgable, professional and so kind. One of my cats was at deaths door and they saved her. Its been five years now and she is still with me due to their continuing care. Also the clinic is beautiful, modern and very clean. I highly recommend Stony Brook and these vets to anyone who loves their animals.

I personally know the vets and they are two of the kindest people you could leave your animals with. They care a great deal about providing top-notch services and keeping the clients they serve. I should also mention that the clinic is posh - there is no other way to describe it. Its cleaner than most dentist offices. :) Ive recommended it to all of my friends in the Louisville area.

Took my poor itchy baby in here for the first time this past friday and they are amazing! The vet we use to go to did nothing to help my poor angel that was suffering from major skin allergies. But the vet here was able to and hes already feeling much better. Even though my old vet is only 5 min away and this one is 30 min, we will be going no where but here from now on!!!

Not only are the doctors great, the staff is wonderful & this facility is the nicest I have ever come accross. I feel confident that the doctors & staff will take wonderful care of my pets each & every time. I highly recommend this office to any and all of my family and friends. Keep up the great work SBAH:)

This facility and the staff are equally amazing. My baby received the best emergency care from truly loving staff. They essentially saved her life. This place is nicer than any place Ive ever seen. I would recommend Stony Brook to anyone that wants nothing but the best !

These guys have taken excellent care of all 4 of my kids and I would trust no one else. You can tell they care and love what they do. The hospital has the latest and greatest equipment and an excellent surgeon. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, clean facility! We recently moved here from Ohio and they took care of getting my dogs records from my old vet. Very nice people here and the prices were less than what I was paying in Ohio. We were very happy to find them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even for exotic pets. Reasonable prices for checkups. Be aware theres a $35 appointment fee that goes toward your bill, to ensure you do arrive on schedule.
