This review is coming from a long time customer, and not just one who has had a bad experience with one sick pet. Dr. Kline has been my vet for 10+ years and cared for 3 of my dogs. She has always been professional, upfront, and honest about everything. She is very loving and forms relationships with her patients and their owners. She also makes herself available by providing her personal cell phone number if you happen to call after hours. As far as doors go, every exam room is equipped with two. This makes it easy to avoid other customers, their pets, and furry confrontations. It also allows you to stay blocked off from customers, who may be waiting or shopping in their pet shop, while keeping the other door open and interacting with the friendly and helpful staff. Ive dealt with many vets, normally going to the closest one to wherever i am currently living, or the cheapest. Preston Animal hospital has been the only animal hospital Ive gone out of my way to go to. I first took my dog to their to get an operation done that no other vet was willing to do. The operation was a complete success, and the professionalism and expertise that was exhibited there was more than I could ask for, so I decided to make Dr. Kline our permanent vet.

Dr. Klein & Dr. Berlin and their staff have taken care of our dogs for many, many years. We have a very vocal Alaskan Malamute that we occasionally board with them. He talks the entire time were gone (which is VERY loud) and they just love him like hes family. They have also taken such good care of our elderly beagle/german shepherd mix for a long time. We had to pur her to sleep just 2 days ago. The staff at the vet was visibly upset; theyd known Lady for years. They were very patient & considerate of us and let us spend extra time with her, even after shed passed. Today, we received a flower delivery. We were shocked to see it was from Preston Animal Hospital. Needless to day, we were WOWd! How very thoughtful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to take your pets where they REALLY care.

Preston Animal Hospital provided the veterinary care for my rescued foster dog. She needed quite a bit of medical attention, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of care she received. (And Im a tough critic - my own vet sets the bar quite high!) Dr. Kline was both exceptionally thorough and compassionate during the treatment. The rest of the staff is just as kind and it is obvious they take great pride in their jobs. I also appreciate the extended hours of operation. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Preston Animal Hospital to anyone - they go above and beyond.

I had to have my dog put to sleep. She had been a patient there less than a year but we have never had a bad experience there. It is always clean. Staff is friendly and proffesional. They stayed late to put her to sleep and never rushed me to leave. They were very compasionate and I got home from work the next day and they had sent a flower and card. Prices are very reasonable and Dr. Kline always gave me options and never pressured me into expensive treatments or tests. If I were going to be here when I got my next dog I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

The vet was terribly inconsiderate. She made it obvious she did not care. My pet was in a lot of pain and she still handled him roughly and blew him off. We waited for 2 hours, even with an appointment. The vet was rude and there were no doors on the exam rooms causing a lot of chaos and noise. This place was terrible...dont make your pet deal with this kind of place.

We just love Dr. Kline! She always worked around our schedule and she really cares about the animals...Its obvious the way she interacts with them. My baby just loved her too. Prices are affordable and they are open half day on Saturday for client convenience. Two thumbs up would recommend!

I take both of my dogs to Preston Animal Hospital. One is an elderly CockerPoo and the other is a young BoxerPit, and they are always treated wonderfully. The staff really cares about them, and the doc is always kind and thorough.
