The entire staff were very helpful in their explanations. Especially when it came to explaining what my insurance plan covered. Also I didnt feel rushed in any way during my exam or in speaking with Dr Wendy concerning my treatment and prescription for glasses. Her calm manner put me completely at ease. I was a bit early and actually got in to see Dr. Wendy early. Something thats never happened to me before. The choices for frames were varied and had brands like Coach, Calvin Klein, and Ferragamo. I chose for my frames a teal Coach one.

I go to Dr Waguespack because she gives a more thorough examination than any other optometrist that I have been to. She uses the most up-to-date techniques and technology to insure that any problems with my vision will be recognized and treated right away. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and takes time to explain what she is doing and why. I feel confident that the health of my eyes is in good hands with Dr Waguespack and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Waguespack is knowledgeable and takes time with you to view your chart and eyes. She is friendly and competent. her latest equipment is great. Love not having to dilate my eyes. Love the new technology. Her staff is very helpful and friendly. She has a play area for children. My granddaughter enjoyed it while I had my exam. Dr Waguespack is very thorough with her exam and assessment. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care.
