I enjoyed the eye doctor. But when I paid, I thought all was well. Told them Id come back in a few weeks to order the contacts. I received a call later stating they mischarged me and I owed an additional $60 and wanted my credit card number over the phone. I refused and said I would come in to pay it when I had time. When I finally had time to go back I went in and was told I couldnt pay the balance because the woman who does that is out till Monday. Im sorry, the person who TAKES PAYMENTS is off till Monday?!? Whats the point in the store being open if people cant pay?!? I will never go back to Target Optical.
