I wish I could email but there is no link on the website. Yesterday my 4 year old and I needed to get lab work done. I went first hoping to show him that it wasnt scary but he freaked out anyways. It took 30+ minutes to get the needle in his arm. He was hysterical. But the whole time, our lab tech was awesome with him. But when I got to the front test to get a demographic view of my insurance, the blond lady (I assume in her 40s and I cant remember her name) said to me "Its none of my business but you dont have to come here for your lab work. You can go to insert name I dont remember" I couldnt and still cant tell if she was talking down about her colleague or telling me dont bring your child back here. Either way, it wasnt any of her damn business. Children freak out sometimes. Its life! And if you dont want to deal / hear screaming children on a daily, dont work for a doctors office that also does pediatrics!!! She seriously needs an attitude check. The doctors there are great but one bad apple can spoil the bunch.

Potomac Physician Doctors office; the Physician are great they are polite courtesy and respectful also shows concern for your health and wellness. But You have to go through the front desk successfully before reaching your wonderful Doctor. I get upset when I have to tell the receptionist my reason for seeing the doctor .i just feel that my illness should remain confidential. I should be able to call and schedule a check to see my Doctor without being asked ( whats is the reason for my visit ) as long as I am a patient of Potomac Physicians and if you dont tell them the reason then they give you attitude. Or the reason for medication, they would need to know the reason for that specific medication, its to much stress with the appointment scheduling......

Excellent service, very informative, helpful, caring, professional, and kind. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes I have to wait a while to be seen but thats life and patience is virtue. The care that I recieve here is well worth the wait. My doctor there is doing her best to see me well and narrowing down possible prognosises. Were making great progress together and working towards getting back on track to being healthy and fit again. I would recommend my doctor at primary care physicians to family, friends, and even strangers. You will be in good hands here! Thank you all for your help and continued support in changing lives for the better! See you guys soon.

This is the worst doctors office. I grew up in this doctors office so I decided to stay here but now that I am an adult and have insurance through my job, I will be looking for another doctors office. The service is so bad, the front desk representatives arent friendly and they can never get you in when you need to. I had an appointment at 5pm not too long ago, I rushed from work to get there on time just to find out that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor did not come in. I received no phone call, no apology or anything. This is NOT how a doctors office should be ran.

Excited. This doctors office is open on Satursday. This is a plus for someone who is busy all week long. The service from the front desk was informative and a the nurse was polite. The waiting room had lots reading materials and healthy video clean. Dr. Leni was extremely professional and really into make sure that I had the best care. This office is much better then the Laurel office. There is a personal touch here at this office, they are not rude. Best customer service office.

If I could not put any stars I wouldnt. The front desk is very rude and the office is always behind. Everytime I go the office is at least an hour behind and you have to sit in the waiting room until your called. Everytime I call to schedule an appointment the assistants are very rude and dont even say bye they just hang up on you. Me being a medical assistant myself that is completely unacceptable and I will be changing my practice.

The first visit I sat and waited for almost 2 hrs before i was seen, second visit an hr + and still Unable to get a referral for a mri for my back. Called 2 days straight, left messages and still no call back. My doctor is not at all helpful. But you show up 20 mins late they want you to reschedule.

This place has been nothing but a headache for two years. No problem with the doctors, but the place is run very poorly. Finally gave up when I couldnt get a prescription refill without making an appointment...WTF?
