This post is NOT about the doctors. It is about the customer service. I cannot believe how horrible the customer service is. I have been a patient of this place for about 9 months. Good luck ever getting anyone on the phone or even being able to leave a voice mail. This makes following a treatment plan near impossible. I am beyond baffled. Definitely switching to a practice that is more responsive to their patients or at least answers the phones.

While the reception was friendly and helpful, something happened during my actual appointment that was horrifying: during the "full body scan" someone came into my room without knocking to "swap out" the note taker. There was nothing, not even a curtain between me and the open door. Completely violating- and while this may have been a one off incident, I wont be going back.

While I had annoying waits in the past at this office today took the cake. After waiting almost an hour to see a doctor I was informed that my appointment time was to arrive at the office, not the time to see a doctor. While Patrick the office manager was conciliatory there was still no doctor available after our conversation so I left the office.

I made an emergency appointment, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes only to be informed they could not see me by law. My queston is why did they make the appointment? Oh, right, because it only inconvenienced ME> Never again will I go to this incompetent, rude office.

Just tried to make a follow up appointment w/ my dermatologist. After being transferred SIX TIMES I was routed back to the main scheduling line, where I had started. IM FINDING A DIFFERENT DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE.
