To Whom It May Concern, This morning at 9am I had an appointment at the Medical Arts Building. I have a handicap parking card and was seeking a spot. The handicap parking spaces were all filled with the exception of one situation. There was a red with black top sports car parked in such a way that it took up 2 spaces. The car had Virginia tags on it. There was NOTHING to indicate the driver was handicap. I went on down the line of parked cars and found a space that was NOT for handicap people, but I parked there. I had a nice morning walk into the doctors office. As I walked past the red with black top sports car again I noticed 2 more drivers with proper handicap identification on their transportation slow down as they passed by the red sports car. Both of these drivers did as I did and passed on by the red sports car and found somewhere else to park. Why did hospital security allow this? The Riverside Regional Hospital certainly sends patients a bill for the patients use of this Medical Arts Building. And, that bill is more expensive than what the doctor charges. Where is help when a person needs it? Where is there help when a person needs it? Oh yes, the back windshield of the red sports was missing from the convertible top. Leaves were scattered about inside suggesting that the red sports car had been sitting there for quite a while. If this is an example of the kind of security and care that Riverside Walter Reed Hospital provides then I strongly suggest that management be replaced! While I was taking pictures of the red sports car a gentleman called to me and said he was going to report the situation to security. I hope he did. I hope the red sports car was towed. This hospital sucks. They misdiagnosed me back when I was 16 around my birthday with strep throat when I told them I took an antibiotic that caused my throat to swell, and a fever so high I was seizing. So they gave me more antibiotics I did not need! The second time I went back to them for the same issue they tested me AGAIN for strep even though my last test came back negative. But they surprisingly diagnosed me right this time along with picking around in my ear making it hurt for weeks afterward. If I could give this hospital no stars I would, but because the doctor I had when I was 12 performed two surgeries for me that went extremely well Ill give them one star...on behalf of that doctor thats not there anymore. Sadly. This place needs better staff.

We were visiting from out of town and our daughter developed a virus that led to severe dehydration. The slowest part of our experience was in admissions, however one we were back in a room, the nurses were amazing and attentive and we saw a doctor right away. All tests were completed quickly and we never once felt forgotten about or uninformed. I would highly recommend this ER!

Went to ER yesterday, and was diagnosed with sciatica. Was in excruciating pain. Dr. Gupta was very insensitive and dismissive of the amount of pain I was in. I was at the ER for 4 plus hrs. and received NO pain releif. Im completely miserable!! What a waste of a Sunday and at least $1000.00! Wouldnt take my dog to the Gloucester ER.

Friend had ear infection in right ear. Nurse checked her right ear and then her left ear with the same tool without changing the tip. Spreading the infection causing more pain and problems. I reccomend seeking help elsewhere if possible.

Total incompetence. Did not ask if I felt safe even though I told them I was accompanied by my abuser. Misdiagnosed me when I very oviously had the flu. Now, I have to try to undo their damage and it is very stressful.

Very rude nurse..came in with a bad migraine and he was yelling at me ...i told him that he shall pls be nice but he refused....not the right way to treat sick people...very bad experience...his name was Tim Kisner

Went in for rotator cuff surgery and had to stay overnight. Surgery went great . I had nothing but competent, courteous staff helping and waiting on me from day of pre-op until I left.

Took my BF here and I thought everyone was very nice. The Doctor was firm and direct (which was great) I would use this hospital again if need be.

The nurses are great. Drs are just gettin tired of people, it seems. Dont want to lose their jobs by prescribing tramadol.
