If I could give this facility a 0 and still be able to review, I would. While all of the staff are lovely, the care is substandard. This is suppose to be a complex care facility but dont be fooled. My loved one spent more time in ICU at area hospital. The Drs. are suppose to be specialists in Pulmonary and Critical Care but all they do is a quick 2 minute check of vitals in the morning. If I had not been there to oversee my loved ones care every day and demanded he be taken to ER not once but 3 seperate times, he would be dead. All due to neglect, incompetence and lack of care. For those looking to get your loved ones care or rehab, DO NOT send them here. The pretty pic on their website of the rehab room does exist but never gets used because they have no staff. The bedside PT and OT share a 30 minute time slot which works out to one watching while the other gives about 10 minutes of therapy 3 times a week. Lucky to get 30 minutes of therapy total in 7 days. Speech Therapist is not on site just comes as needed which is never. Caseworker will treat you like royalty upon admission but literally run from you if they know there is a problem. Whomever reads this is probably in the same boat that I was trying to research and find the best care for their loved ones. I wish I would have had more information.
