My experience was not Healthcare related. I was walking my dogs close to the hospital when I saw a Raven take a baby rabbit from its Warren. I followed the Raven and it appeared as though it dropped it on one of the roofs of the hospital. I spoke with a couple employees who were nice enough but had no compunction to aid in getting in touch with maintenance to see if someone might check the roof. Then I went to the information desk. The lady sitting there was glad to call Mike in maintenance. Mike was very kind and concerned and took the time to check the roof. The bunny was gone but he was very considerate and said he would check the other roof, where I saw the Raven go, and he also said he would check the grounds. It was such a relief to me to know that someone at Pinnacle has the humanity to care for all creatures great and small. Thats what makes a hospital part of the community. If only the shuttle driver could have taken a moment to breathe instead of hounding me about my dogs. ( Pun intended). But really, step back for a moment instead of being a bully. Thank you so much to Mike and the sweet lady at the info desk.

If i could give less than a star i would...i went to er at 615pm with chest pains...they gave me a EKG then sat me back in waiting room then they took blood at 655pm then sat me back in waiting room...then at 720pm they took chest xray then sat me back in waiting room...i asked what was going on every 30 minutes until 1010pm i never made it to a patient room or got any sort of diagnosis before i left...this has to be by far the worst hospital in the United States...they need to lose there license and all of there budget and close for good...complete waste of my time money and patience

We rushed my mother into the emergency room. She had violent coughs, weakness (we had to carry her to a wheel chair) and many different other symptoms. The first hour they gave an ekg and took blood because of her labored breathing. Told us it would be 1 hour before they get any results but we ended up sitting there for 6 hours. I had to take my exhausted and uncomfortable mother home at 5 in the morning not knowing what could be wrong with her. I understand the place was packed but 6 hours listening to my mom violently cough up bloody mucus was heart breaking.

Wasnt even busy and we are still here, 4 HOURS LATER!! Im going to have to leave my pregnant sister here, because Im NOT missing the bus and walking a whole hour with my 1 yr old son home in the dark!! They are slow and careless! 1 is generous! Update: My sister, Taryn Adams, nurse got mad because she didnt want to stay and get a pubic exam. So, he took his own time having her dispatched. Missed the bus!

Worst hospital ever, customer service sucks, totally dying of pain had me waiting in the waiting room for hrs then finally was admitted pushed the nurse button still havent gotten any response from any nurse with any help whatsoever i have been waiting over an half hour. This should totally be illegal.

I had my 23 month old daughter in at the lab and imaging sites today. As you can imagine that is very scary for a toddler. Every single employee was so good with her and did everything they could to keep her calm. They had us in and out as quick as possible. Love PinnacleHealth!

I had blood work and an ekg done last week. The lab was so fast getting you checked in an procedures done in about 15 min. I had surgery done today, staff was wonderful. The process from checking in, family was updated, to discharged was a fast, and well organized.

Worst hospital Ive ever seen Cant believe lt that when there is emergency they make you wait all night then take you to surgery when your appendicitis burst. Please if your really sick and need care go to Harrisburg hospital or WestShore Hospital

My recent hospital stay left much to be desired, from an almost med error in the recovery to an unemphatic nurse once I got to my room, it was a long 24 hr stay . Heres to hoping my near future experience will be better!
