We have been clients of Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital for over 15 years. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. It is hard to put into words how incredibly grateful we are to have found Dr. Charlotte Dunigan. Not only is she knowledgeable and an excellent veterinarian, she is caring and compassionate. She has guided us through the care of some incredibly challenging illnesses that our pets have suffered from over the years - Cushings, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and several types of rare cancers. Dr. Dunigan researched the best treatments and found us the best specialists. She has been with us every step of the way, always returning phone calls quickly and always staying in touch with the specialists treating our pets. After a particular heartbreaking loss of one of our pets to cancer at a young age, Dr. Dunigan and the staff helped find us a new dog, and Dr. Dunigan even went with us all the way to West Virginia to pick out the new addition to make sure she was healthy. One of Dr. Dunigans best qualities is that she actually listens to what her clients say about their pets. She is willing to consider any all observations and concerns. It is very clear that Dr. Dunigan cares deeply for animals and is willing to go the extra mile in caring for the pets entrusted to her care. My family is so lucky to have found her and the entire staff at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my dogs to Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital for going on 14 years. I would NEVER go anyplace else. I am a registered nurse (30+ yrs of experience) and I have a solid sense of good medical care. The veterinarians are excellent. They have taken care of many medical issues with my dogs over the years - some that have been quite complex in nature, and their expertise is stellar. When a an animal needs specialized care, the doctors have an arsenal of outstanding practitioners for referral. The staff is kind, caring, and competent. I have gotten to know many of them personally over the years and they are truly a dedicated group. I have been to other veterinary practices in the past and have experienced sloppy, indifferent, and even incompetent care. Not so with Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very unorganized and rude. They kept telling me both my dogs were not in the system when they have been with the hospital for a very long time. They finally found my dogs in the system and still spoke to me very rude. If it wasnt for Dr.Hair I would have left the hospital a long time ago. I finally switched both pets to cat and dog hospital. I cannot deal with a rude staff. If you want a staff to genuinely care for your pet, then this hospital is not for you. This hospital is only looking for your money and not for your animals wellness. The doctor prescribed me 6 refills, only to find out that its not true. They told me I had to come back in for a check up to be charged another $70 just for a refill.

Great vet clinic. Been going here for years and never have had a problem. The staff are vert caring and are extremely nice. Dr Heir is a great guy and is very knowledgeable-he will explain everything to you so you dont have to ask many questions. All the techs are great as well as the front desk. Used to go to VCA and when we came here we switched all our dogs ovet to Bethany Centennial animal hospital.

Nice folks here. Got an appointment scheduled very quickly. The vet took the time to understand our cats issues and discuss options and next steps. Not cheap, but I think theyre in line with what most other vets charge these days, so call it fair market pricing.
