Dr. Crowl is absolutely amazing with my dogs and I appreciate having a vet that is truly concerned about his patients, not just getting them in and out of the door. For the first few visits, I was intimidated by his quiet, quick-to-the-pointer demeanor but, I think it just takes him a bit to warm to people. One of my dogs has been there many times for various health issues and was recently diagnosed with low thyroid levels. I thought she was simply experiencing symptoms of old age but it turns out that Dr. Crowl hit the money on the head when he suggested blood work because it could be a thyroid issue. I felt very relieved that I could explain my concerns and he remained patient, all while asking me simple questions to determine a recommended course of action. As stated earlier, Dr. Crowl is a fantastic vet and I would absolutely recommend him. I even stayed at his practice after moving 30 minutes away.

They have NO compassion for the animals. After being with this vet for years when I needed them at the end of my dogs life they werent there to help. I called first thing in the morning and said I was available anytime. I was told that it was a Saturday (even though they are open on Saturday) and thus it was not convenient and I could bring my dog in on Tuesday. I explained my dog was in pain and was told the vet wants to go home at the end of the day. Obviously my dog suffering (and our family) meant nothing. I am sorry I paid them money for care all those years but they are truly the most uncaring vet you could find. Luckily we found Bonnie Silverman, a mobile vet, who came out and was so compassionate and kind. The vet I just met showed more caring for my dog that the vet I was at for years.

Im not really pleased with Northwest Animal Hospital. One of the times I took my cat there, they had a doctor there filling in while one of the doctors was on vacation. She somehow managed to completely miss my cats heart murmur! I also wasnt impressed with Dr. Crowl. He rushed through my cats appointment and was a little rough on my kitty! I asked him for some nutritional guidance and all he said was "cats need a lot of protein". I didnt find his advice very useful.

My family has been using Northwest Animal Hospital for several years. Somehow, they always seem to fit my dog in and address whatever concerns I have. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Crowl make a great team. They compliment each other and are extremely knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and always greets my dog with a treat and a ton of love. I highly recommend these vets.

I have been taking my cats to NW Animal Hospital for years now and the service is great. Dr. Crowl and Dr. Taylor are very thorough and great with my animals and the prices are reasonable, and the facility is clean and the techs are great. I definitely recommend this place for all your animals vet care!

They are excellent vets and very compassionate. We have been going to them for years and their care is top notch. They do their best to minimize wait times by effective scheduling. We have gone there with the mundane to the serious and they have NEVER handled anything poorly.

Ive been to several animal hospitals but the staff here are honest, helpful and do care about the animals. I have trusted them with my elderly cat and would do it with any pet. The have been very responsive to his needs and my concerns

Dr. Crowl is the best, always honest about pets needs, he doesnt shove unnecessary stuff down your throat. He knows his stuff too. Always right on the mark. Prices are very reasonable and staff are always professional.
