APAW was recommended to us when we moved here in Nov 2007. We went, and I liked the service we received. Everyone was friendly, and we were seen in a timely manner. However, I have run into trouble over and over when I have tried to fill my dogs prescriptions online. First, they refuse to fax the prescription, so when I placed an order online I had to physically go to the vet and pick up a written prescription. Then, when I tried to refill it, they said that my dog needed another ($50!) test before they would authorize the refill, even though she had the necessary test less than a year ago. Also, they require Bordetella vaccine every 6 months (which I have learned is excessive) but since they do not offer wellness/walk-in vaccines, you have to pay for a visit just to get the vaccine! My dogs vaccine schedule does not coincide with her annual exam, so that would mean paying for office visits 3x a year!

We just moved into the area and saw this place near by and decided to check it out for our 5 year old Golden. We had a great experience at A Paw and will definitely continue to take our furry friends there. Everything was very clean and the Vet and Techs were so nice and knowledgeable. This trip was an expensive one because fuzzy need to get caught up on a lot of shots, but as always it is well worth it. The only minor complaint we have is we had to wait 10min after our appointment time to see the vet. As it was a Tuesday afternoon we werent too surprised but really hope it doesnt ever get longer.

Maxmillian (my dog) truly enjoyed his stay at camp APAW! He was not nervous or anxious when I picked him up. He also seemed to be more socialable with the other dogs in the waiting room. I could tell he had a great 3 night+ a day stay. He had a bath, and got his nails clipped. At home he was a bit more obedient than usual. All in all we both had a nice vacation from each other. I may do it once or twice a year here on out. I did miss my baby something fierce! Thank you APAW. V. PERRY

Dr. Boyce is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable. Her energy is great and she takes care of my chihuahua. Dr Boyce is very thorough and explains everything very well. The staff at APAW are very professional and friendly. I did not wait long for my appointment. The staff here makes me feel very welcome and my chihuahua as well. You can feel the love that Dr Boyce has for what she does and all the pets. I highly recommend APAW!

I love this hospital my dog has been coming here ever since he was 4 weeks old. The doctors are the best.The techs are also great. But the receptionist staff is very rude they are the worst I am thinking about changing just because of them. They are very rude and dont even know how to answer the phone correctly. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for there rude receptionist.

I have mixed feelings about this place. When I could get Dr. Boyces attention, she was caring, thorough, and explained everything very well. She even worked with me when my cats treatment got very expensive. But Ive always waited at least 30-45 minutes to see the vet even when Ive had an appointment, and if you need a call or email back you can expect a very long wait.

So far not so good. Left a stitch in my dog. And they lie about their hours. They wont pick up the phone at 6:40pm. Also, my wife stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Average pet care. Sub par customer service.

I love this vets office, I have had no bad experiences. They were very kind and truthful when my dog was sick. I didnt feel taken advantage of. I would differently recommend this vets office to anyone I know.
