I made an appointment with Urbana Animal Hospital for me new puppy. The staff were very helpful as I am a new Puppy owner. They gave me information for trainers, told me all the vaccines my puppy would need, and made it a great experience for my new puppy. I have been to the office now several times and I couldnt be happier with everyone! My puppy loves to go the vet! Highly recommend going to Urbana Animal Hospital. Office was very clean and didnt smell like an Animal Hospital.

If you want a place that makes you feel like crap for not wanting the 10 different vaccines and procedures, then this is the place for you. This place make *YOU*, the customer feel like trash if you decide you dont want what they recommend. Id rather keep my dog healthy and not need a revisit every 2 months. Screw this place. You can find a better Vet less than 2 miles away.
