I made an appointment at Labcorp for 8 a.m. for basic blood work after my annual physical. I saw on the sign-in sheet that only one other person had an appointment-- everyone else was a walk-in-- yet three people were called back before me so no one called me until 8:15. I got the feeling that the employee that finally called my name either hated working there or hated me because she was so super unfriendly and rude. 15 minutes late seeing me, she tells me to sit back down after scanning my insurance card. I politely ask, "Do you know how much longer it will be because I had an appointment for 8" and she responded coldly that it wouldnt be long. Finally, I hear a voice from somewhere yell my name and tell me to go to room 2. From the waiting room of an office Ive never been in, I found this to be unhelpful and rude as I wandered around to the back, looking for Room 2 with no hello, no guidance. Ive attached a photo of why its apparently a bad idea to question how much longer it will be until youre seen. The same front desk employee that had that attitude with me is the same one who took my blood-- and it hurt! She literally slapped some gauze and tape on my arm (which fell off 5 minutes later). When she was done, without even facing me or looking at me, she said "have a good day" in tone that told me she truly did not mean that statement.

Incompetent staff here! They are only trained to draw blood from a single spot on the arm; if they cannot get a vein, even after sticking you a dozen times and digging around in your subcutaneous tissue for a half hour they refuse to try anywhere else. They dont even have sufficient experience to realize there is no vein where they are sticking and digging around, so they just keep trying the same spots despite being told its not going to work. If you dont have good veins, or have been on dialysis or had a lengthy hospital stay or cancer treatment for example, and dont have any veins left in the elbow, dont even bother going here for lab work because they will just waste your time. What kind of medical company has a policy like that?!? Absolutely insane!

They dont go by appointment so its pointless to make one,2 people went ahead of me without one and i specifically made an early appointment so my fiance could get to work at a decent time after taking me,normally bloodwork is quick but it took me 30 minutes to even get sat in a room,and sure enough she did my bloodwork in under a minute and im incredibly sore from the yanking around with her being in a hurry,going to a different location next time.

Everyone here is Straight Outta Compton!. The white woman with pink streaks in her hair calls out your personal business to ask you about your appt. Really? instead she should try something simple like calling you up and asking you insurance and reason for the visit. Wtf? They spent so much time talking about personal vacations and nights out on the town. Ugh. Save me from hood rat phlebotomist.

I hate that they make people sit in the hallway right up until 7am. Several employees go in before 7am. They could unlock the door and let us sign in and sit in chairs in the waiting room. Just terrible customer service. They even blare the TV from within the waiting room while no one is allowed to sit in there. We can hear it blaring from out in the hallway.

I have been to several area LabCorp locations, and this one is my favorite. Clean, polite and efficient staff, kind and skilled phlebotomists--all around great location. They are the most prompt Ive seen with honoring appointments. Without an appointment, expect to spend 45-60 minutes here during busy times, just like (or better than) any lab.

The people at this location are so rude. I cannot even believe just how nasty I was treated. Ive actually been going to this location for a little while and they are consistently unprofessional. I have actually gone all the way through checking in and getting my blood drawn with none of them even saying "hello".

I had been to several Labcorp since preganancy and had several bad experience. This location is the best Labcorp so far. The staff are so welcoming and everybody is so nice and caring. I will come again for future lab test.
