I have been bringing my dog Landon here since he was 12 weeks old and have not had one problem. The front office is very friendly and curtious and the the Vets are great. They make me feel very comfortable with the level of care of our family dog Landon. They make sure to answer all our questions and make sure we feel comfortable. The puppy plans and adult plans are great and save you so much money.. They cost under $30 month.. which is a huge savings.. plus I get a discount on some of the meds I use.. I also am getting him fixed soon and the blood work and the neurtering is covering.. It is worth it to pay a monthly fee than to pay a large out of pocket expense for every single shot and blood work and if he has a sick visit etc.. I saw some bad reviews and I believe some people are quicker to put a bad review then to take the time to put a good review which stinks because it can really affect a business and their bottom line.. The Drs. are really great and they really care about each animal they see.. You cant go off just a few bad reviews I would try them out for yourselves and see. Hope this is helpful!!

I had an urgent health issue with my cat, and my regular vet said they were too busy to see her. Ive been interested in going to this vet ever since they opened, so I called them right away. They arranged to see my cat in less than an hour. The veterinarian spent nearly an hour with me, taking excellent care of my cat and explaining what he was encountering. He spent a great amount of time patiently reviewing the X-rays with me, explaining everything. I left with the appropriate medication in-hand, and comfort in the knowledge that my cats condition isnt as serious as it could have been. Everyone I encountered was patient, friendly and efficient. Im definitely bringing all of my pets to Fox Chapel The only criticism that I have is that the wellness plans are a little complicated, and take some figuring out. Thankfully, you can take the information home with you and consider whether a plan will make sense for you; theyll retroactively apply the wellness plan should you decide to join it within a certain amount of time.

This place is shady -the vet is super cool but the front office miss quotes you -we called ahead and asked how much for the exam they quoted 49 then they proceeded to say that the X-rays were 2 for 189 . We brought our dog to the vet had him examed. Then we got the bill He gave us a 3 X-rays. At check out the girl claimed we had 4 and the totally for the X-rays was 250 and the exam is now 55 !!! Then she recanted her statement because I let her know that we only saw 3 x-rays and she claimed the total is still the same this place rippes you off I asked her about the charges and she literally raised her shoulders and handed me my paper receipt print out and was like sorry ... they asked us if we wanted a estimate we said no because we already called ahead and got a quote. And apparently Im not the only person this has happened too !! I should have checked yelp !!

My mother and father brought their dog into this practice and was hassled for a treatment plan that would amount to 3000 dollars without even doing a single test on their dog. He sent them away with a dehydrated dog and wouldnt give them any insight with what was going on. The least he could have reccomended was an iv for the dehydrated dog (which he assessed as being dehydrated). Im unsure as to how he came to a 3000 grand treatment plan without running a single test on the dog. A few days later my parents took the dog to an actual vet and found out it had Lyme. Unfortunately, the dog passed away because it was completely depleted of water and food, which had this vet helped, the dog would most likely still be here. I found out later this vet doesnt even have basic medicine to treat dog. Dont walk away. Run from this scam of a vet

We bought the Groupon, which included rabies, fecal examination, physical exam, and heart worm. When we brought our puppy there, they said I can only use physical exam and decal test as the puppy is not old enough for rabies. After we did a few vaccinations there, one of the staff said she could give us the free rabbis. However, after our puppy had the rabies, the other staff denied the offer and charged us. We could have gone to the Montgomery county for free rabies shot if they had not promised so. Also, they charged twice for physical exam, which is only several minutes and not worth the money. My overall feeling is that they advertised on Groupon and tricked you to use their services. I will never bring our puppy their.

We were looking for a new Vet and came across Fox Chapel Animal Hospital and decided to give them a try. I was glad I did. Dr. Escano has to be the best Veterinarian that we’ve had! Willy (my dog) is very fearful of humans and in the past I have had to muzzle him and literally wrestle him to the ground for blood collection and/or vaccines. Dr. Escano actually took the time to work with Willy and the results are incredible. He is less anxious and fearful during visits and I no longer have to physically restrain Willy nor place a muzzle over his snout. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I brought my dog for a teeth cleaning. When the office called me to pick up my dog, I also learned that my dog had 4 teeth removed. I left them my contact phone numbers for the office to call if there were any problems but did not know that my dog had 4 teeth removed without notifying me and without my approval. How can I bring my dog to this hospital again? If I do, what else will be removed without my knowledge and authorization? Regardless of what procedure is done, YOU NEED PRIOR CUSTOMER CONSENT!

I have MANY rescue cats. Fox Chapel has been great with all of them! They have been accommodating seeing us at a moments notice when one or another gets into trouble, and everyone there has a wonderfully soothing manner with frightened animals. The price structure is very reasonable. I feel very good taking all my kittens and my old man Great Dane here.

I took my dog in to Fox Chapel because I had an emergency & my regular vet was closed. They were amazing. They went above & beyond for me, even staying open late. I was so impressed with everything; the doctor was very nice, the staff was sharp, & the hospital was spotless. Ill definintly be going back.

We travel 20 miles to make sure we get to work with Drs. Chris and Armie because we know they will take the best care of our dog. We have been treated with nothing but respect and honesty in the 3 months weve been taking our puppy to FCAH. I highly recommend others take their pets here.

Very happy I found this vet clinic for my cat. Being new to the area, I was in search for an honest vet and I have to say this vet was everything I was looking for. Honest people with honest prices -along with exceptional care for my cat. Thanks for being awesome!
