Well everyone, I had my 3rd visit at Crossroads Dental Arts and I must say...satisfied & impressed yet again!!!! From the time you walk in the door, being welcomed with a warm smile and greeted by your name... It feels like you have this invitation to special exclusive event. Youre then escorted to the area, prepared just for you to do whatever is necessary to not only satisfy you but to educate and do what is "best" for you...with options of course. What I like as well is that they are very attentive. Although they go over my treatment plan each visit, they still explain everything they are doing as they go along and consistently ask "are you okay". It allows you to be aware of what to expect and it puts your mind at ease so much so you may be like me and fall asleep! LOL LOL . Its true. I love it! Yes...its a dental office...but a very SPECIAL one. Its just so warm, comfortable, professional, state of the art equipment, relaxing, friendly staff (that are genuinely concerned about your care, your experience & your concerns). It has a spa-like atmosphere. The office even has items to purchase such as electrical toothbrushes (I bought one and it is great! Didnt realize the difference it would make) and supplies needed to help bring your teeth and gums to a place of being healthy again! That is the plan!!!! I realized that I have a part to play to. They can provide this great service to us, but we have to stay on top of proper brushing (and they will show you how) flossing, cleanings, etc... We only get one set of teeth, after that we have to pay for them! : ) So we have to take care of them regularly and there is NO better place than at "CROSSROADS DENTAL ARTS". Give them a call. You will be glad you did. And they are very accommodating when it comes to appointments and satisfying you as a whole!!!!! THEY AIM TO PLEASE! Some places you can tell its "just a job", but here...its a passion to serve everyone they come in contact with! And Im grateful for that! Thank you Kelly, Shanny and ALL of you!

From the moment that I walked into the office, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, a typically unfamiliar feeling in a dentists office. As a new patient, I was directed over a computer to fill out all of my information. Though I had never seen anything like this before, I was pleasantly surprised with how simple it was and really thought that it was an innovative idea. Next, after a short wait in the waiting room, I had my x-rays taken care of and my teeth cleaned. The entire staff was extremely personable and friendly and my teeth cleaning was very thorough. The hygienist even took the time to screen for oral cancer and after my cleaning, took her time to explain everything she had done to me, as well as areas that I could work on. Once I met with Dr. Rief, she examined me thoroughly, yet promptly. While dealing with Dr. Rief, I also unfortunately had to have a cavity filled, but the process was painless and simple. I was even offered a magazine while in the chair so that I would be able to relax! I really enjoyed my experience at this office and would highly recommend Dr. Riefs services to anyone! She and her staff went above and beyond for me and made even something as undesirable as having a cavity filled, enjoyable!

This was my first visit to Crossroads Dental Arts. There was a welcoming atmosphere when first entering the office and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Every aspect of the interior is tastefully done. Dr. Kelly was very knowledgeable, very patient. This was definitely the most thorough examination and delivery of service that I have ever experienced and I have been going to a dentist my entire adult life.Dr. Kelly also spent a great deal of time offering suggestions for conducive diet and hygiene, as well as the latest electric tooth brushes available. The equipment throughout the practice is very state-of-the- art. Dental assistants were well- trained and very patient oriented. I left my first visit with a thorough treatment plan. The treatment plan clearly outlined a description of future services needed, related fees and insurance coverage, as well as fees that I would incur. The financial manager could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and very sensitive to the concerns a patient might have in facing possible financial obligations. My treatment plan is very extensive. I will drive for 3 hours for each of my visits and am very glad to do so.

From the first time that I called the dental office, I was put at ease by the friendly and reassuring staff. When I got to the office I was very impressed by the spa like atmosphere and the sophisticated, yet comfortable, furnishings. Every document that would normally be offered to you on a clip board, had been uploaded to the offices ipad. This was so convenient and unexpected process and added to my already high comfort level. Bri and Michelle, at the from deak were wonderful, and treated me like I was their most valued patient. Melissa, was so knowledgeable and friendly, I forgot I was there to potentially have a tooth pulled. When it was determined that I would have to undergo dental surgery, Dr. Reif was very compassionate, imagine that from a dentist, and expedited my referral to Dr. Arroyo to be seen same day. And Dr. Arroyo, by the way, is a super talented dentist and she really knows what she is doing. She should be teaching classes if she isnt already. I could not have recieved better care from both of the offices that I visted that day.

Everything was so wonderful at the Crossroads Dental Arts! When I called for help with directions, they were quick to assist me politely. Once I arrived, I immediately was greeted with a smile and offered snacks, juice, and waters free of charge. I was taken immediately back to meet the hygienist who was particularly understanding once I made her aware about my difficulty with going to the dentist after my several root canal procedures. She conversed with me throughout the thorough cleaning. Dr. Rief then came in and completed a careful examination as we discussed our mutual love for her daughter and my friend. Finally, Dr. Rief and her staff presented me with a detailed photograph of what my teeth would look like if I would have the suggested whitening procedures. I left the office feeling well taken-care of, hopeful, and looking forward to returning, a feeling I have not had toward a dentists office!

I thank each of you at Crossroads Dental Arts. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results of Dr. Rief AMAZING work. As I looked in the mirror, uncontrollable tears flooded my face. Thanks to Dr. Rief I now have the gorgeous radiant smile I have always wanted. I look more vibrant and Im so self-assured. Dr. Rief has given me much more than a beautiful smile, I feel like I am living a new life. This is truly the best investment I have ever made. Upon arrival the front desk will greet you with a friendly attitude, the dental hygienist are gentle and caring. Their genuine concern will make you feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. God gives everyone a special gift and my smile is a testimony of what gift He has given Dr. Rief. She has been and will continue to be a BLESSING to me.
