Every time this office calls in a prescription for me, they make major errors. One of the most common is that they almost always send it to the wrong pharmacy. Other times they dont send it at all and dont warn me. When I am able to get it to the correct place, they usually write the prescription for an incorrect amount or dosage. Also, my appointments are sometimes *mysteriously* canceled, followed by adjusting a medication dose without seeing me first. My second point, which anyone who visits this office is very aware of, is that the lady that sits up front to check in patients is completely rude and sometimes mean. If you have medications that your life depends on, I would recommend another doctors office.

BEWARE! Service at this company was terrible except for Lindsey, she was always great. I went for my yearly physical and they over charged me. Then awhile later i was very sick and made an appointment for the next day and they said i didnt have an appointment after i took off work for it. Very very rude customer service. They need different careers not dealing with public. Then they charged me a $25 no show charge! I ended up having to go to a walk in clinic and in the end i changed my PCP to Dr. Natesan. Best decision ever!

I love the doctors and Lindsey, they are always helpful and polite. Sadly, the rest of the staff is terrible. The girl at the check in window is always rude. She rolls her eyes, bangs and slams things around while "assisting" patents. Ive spoken with the office manager about this, however, she was just as rude. Rolling her eye and slamming phones down. Lots of huffing and puffing comes from that front office. Its ridiculous and unprofessional.

Dr. Thimm is an extremely competent, thorough and caring physician. I have yet to meet a physician who is more devoted to the health of his patients than he is! I have found most medical offices to be understaffed here on the Eastern Shore so I suggest trying to approach office staff with an understanding and patient attitude before judging them in a negative light...
