Dr. Renee Chrest and the Animal Medical Clinic were recommended to me for my behavior-challenged rescued dog six years ago. We have had excellent customer care for all of his annual checkups for the past six years. Despite our infrequent visits, Dr. Chrest and her team always treated us like regulars and were happy to see us. She let us participate in his teeth cleaning so that he was calmer and tolerated it better. We moved from Towson to the DC suburbs and continued to drive to her office in Timonium. When our dog developed acute paralysis and we needed to seek local emergency care, Dr. Chrest offered phone consultations and helped us with our options. When he got worse, she helped us to make our final decisions to make him more comfortable and she held our hands through everything. After his death, we got a handwritten letter in the mail expressing their sympathy. Thank you Dr. Chrest and Animal Medical Clinic. Losing a pet is never easy, but your support was invaluable and we appreciate you.
