Ive been taking my pet to this vet for over 6 years and today was the first time Ive experienced bad customer service. Because of that i will not give them 1 star. Im just going to say this, when you make a mistake an apology goes a long way. And when the Veterinarian is witnessing an employee being rude to a customer they should step in. Needless to say I can and will take my business elsewhere!!!

Im glad I brought Jordan out to see the vet at this location. She put me at ease immediately by telling me what Jordan was experiencing her pet had before as well. She told me my options she made her recommendation and I trust her enough to go forward. I would highly recommend.
