2 weeks ago on a Saturday. I found myself waiting for the doctor for longer than 45 minutes to get my teeth cleaned and to be referred to a specialist because a doctor didnt want to do my extraction. I also noticed that they like to wait outside the DTA office to collect patients who have mass health. This is how they obtain most of their patients by offering free movie tickets I believe. Rather than offering proper hygiene instructions and offering tooth brushes and other oral hygiene products. They dont take their time and will schedule you at the same time as 5 other people with only one doctor working. Also when I went into my room to be seen. The Doctor was wearing gloves already when she walked in my room and only took them off when I said something as she reached for my mouth. Didnt even bother to wash her hands. SHe tried to offer me movie tickets and money for "referrals" but I denied. The other staff at the front was very disorganized and couldnt even decide what to schedule me for next without asking the assistant who took my X-rays, who took one look at me and told her and told her that I was to be referred for extractions. Even then it took too long and I ended up leaving without making another appointment. This place only cares about money

This is the worse place i ever been.i had a tooth infection due to a previous root canal i wanted to pull that teeth out the dentist gave me some strong antibiotic and ask me to come back to get the tooth pull out .when i came back after 2 weeks they had me sitting in a room for over an hour when dentist finally came he was trying to convince me to have another root canal in that same tooth.even though i refused he wanted to force me then he wanted to refer me to a specialist to have my wisdom teeth pulled out i agreed but i told him they were not bothering me now that i could do it later and i want the tooth that was bothering me to be pull which is the reason of my visit but still he was forcing me to make appointment with the specialist to do root canal and wisdom teeth extration even i said no he end up sending me home with the rereferral without doing nothing. Thats crazy how some dentist only care about making money on root canal and wisdom teeth! They waste my time just to charge my insurance for a visit they didnt do nothing.be aware of them!

This is a very family and community oriented place.Had many cleanings,fillings,crowns done over a period of time and never had any problems so far.They have the best technologies and xray machines.The staff is very courteous and welcoming.Dr.Jacob and Dr.Saran are very knowledgeable and higly professional.Even though it is a bit far for me I would love to go back anytime.Love their team work and expertise.When I had to undergo deep cleaning I was watching kungfu panda and I did not even feel a thing.Strongly recommend this place.

This is by far the most disgusting dental environment Ive been in, I have seen the female Dental assistants re use dental tools without washing, Ive seen them without washing their hands, female doctor is very rude and I believe his name is nick refused to wash the tools when I mentioned I saw they hadnt on the previous. Him stating "that is how I was trained and how they do it here, it is normal" their office is horrible. We deserve BETTER.

I absolutely love it here...feels like family...so comforting & I do not like going 2 the dentist...but I love coming here...Dr. Jacob & Dr. Saran are our outstanding...& the receptionists are very polite & professional...& very clean & kid friendly...I highly recommend Franklin Park Family Dental...I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!...thank you FPFD!!!!❤

Went there for cleaning and whitening and was an overall great experience! The staff was friendly and hard working; and the doctor was very knowledgable and friendly. The dental is also a very family oriented place and also provided a play area for the children. Definitely going back for the next appointment!

One of my best experiences . I take my children there since it was opened. Im proud to say that this is my dental home. My children was so scared of dentists. After my children was treated by Dr. Jacob , they look forward to going there. They even know when they are due! They get toothbrushes!

This is by far the best dental experience that I have ever had if youre looking for paying the service Ill clean and friendly atmosphere this is the place to be. Children get movie tickets free dont miss out on this gem in the middle of Dorchester

I love going going there.This is by far the cleanest office i have gone. Dr. Jacob was so nice to my one year old. We got a new tooth brush and my baby was so happy.Dr. Jacob is so knowledgeable. I loved her!!!!! The office is so beautiful.
