Ace Dental Boston is awesome! I drive over 45 minutes to come to Dr. Kim and his amazing team. Dentistry can sound scary, and many people, like me are hesitant to go to the Dentist, even for a routine exam and cleaning. Let me tell you that Ace Dental Boston changes everything. The office itself is gorgeous and they provide cool amenities like cold bottled water and coffee for patients and aromatherapy in the reception area. I felt like a VIP patient even as I was waiting for my appointment. I also noticed that they have state of the art technology there which tells me that Dr. Kim invests in his practice and his patients. The experience at this practice is what really sets Ace Dental Boston apart from others. Dr. Kim is friendly, engaging, professional, and honest. Add to that, he is highly skilled and efficient. I noticed he is always going to continuing education courses and that makes me feel confident that Dr. Kim is always up to date and eager to give his patients the best experience possible. I was also impressed that he is able to offer so many services in-house like whitening, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, implants, oral surgery, and Invisalign. I like the convenience of this option because I prefer to develop a trusting relationship with my healthcare professionals rather than have to go all over the place to get the work done. Dr. Kim truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are taken care of. His Office Manager, Lan, is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Insurance can get kind of confusing, but Lan was able to handle everything with ease and answer all of my questions. She explained everything patiently and in detail which I felt was really refreshing and nice. I could tell she really cares about the patients. Janet, the hygienist, was also really friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She gave me some great tips about brushing and flossing without being condescending or making me feel guilty. Harrison and Joanne, the dental assistants were also great. They made me feel welcome right away and took care of me throughout the entire appointment. Ace Dental Boston really made me feel like I was a part of the Ace Dental family and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am a new patient and had a fantastic first experience. I have been searching for a new family dental practice near my home for my family of 6 and I am glad we have found Dr. Kim and his staff at Ace Dental. I now plan to schedule appointments for the rest of the family. Overall, the staff at Ace Dental is very friendly and the technicians appear to be very knowledgeable and professional. They make sure you are comfortable from the time you step in the door, till the time you leave. Dr. Kim is very friendly and personable and conducted a thorough exam. He has recently taken over the practice and has created a very pleasant patient experience from the smell of the aroma therapy once you enter the office down to the new state of the art dental equipment and the quality of service being provided by him and his staff. It’s clear that, Dr. Kim and his staff truly enjoy serving patients in our community. I highly recommend Ace dental and I am glad that I have found our new family dentist.

I cannot express enough how great this dental office is! Just like everyone else I am scared of dentist. I lost one of my front tooth due to an accident and I have been using a flipper for a few years. Flipper is a removable stuff and it is not the greatest option for replacing a tooth. It bothered me so much, but I didnt have the courage to step up for the implant treatment. I found Dr.Kim and his office through online reviews and I made up my mind to give it a try(check out his online reviews they are amazing and now I am part of it). The moment I walked into this office, I knew it was going to be a pheno.inal experience. The office manager greeted with smile and comforted me rught away. Dr.Kim explained all the details and made sure I understood the whole process. I finally got my implant and it looks amazing and feels so natural. I highly recommend Ace Dental Boston to anyone!

Dr. Kim is such an amazing doctor! Passionate, skilled and so down to earth. The practice is beautiful and stylish and has a comfortable waiting area (no waiting time for me, by the way). Dr. Kim is great in running Ace Dental. The practice has a great core staff and he hires temps as needed, so its always running smoothly, he always checks in with his staff, communication is great and they all seem to be happy doing their job. Dr. Kim listens to you, consults thoroughly and lets you do an informed decision. I had 2 sessions with him and my teeth feel great and I feel so comfortable now. I had insurance, so everything was covered. My friend paid out of pocket, but she was pleasantly surprised by the low fees she was charged. I always dreaded going to the dentist. Now, Im actually looking forward to my next visit. Best dental experience ever!

I had an implant surgery at Dr. Kims office 2 weeks ago. I had some anxiety about the procedure and the possible pain/complications after the placement mainly from what I had read online and/or heard from people who had this surgery done in the past.... So I went in with a ton of questions and Dr. Kim was able to address all my questions and concerns. After the procedure, I only took 3-4 pills for pain and went back to work the next day. There were absolutely no pain, no swelling, and no complication so I can say that it was easier than a wisdom tooth extraction. I cannot say enough about the team and his staff, they are absolutely the best, most caring individuals. I recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who needs an oral surgery.

Dr Kim and his team are wonderful. I love the warm, beautiful and friendly setting. Dr Kim makes visiting his office a very pleasant experience. He is very warm, caring and very competent in the art and science of dentistry. I was very anxious about having my first root canal. People told me this is one of the worst procedure to have, I was ready to loose my tooth instead of having a root canal. Dr Kim told me to trust him and that he will do his best to make it painless. Indeed I had a painless root canal from the way he managed my procedure. My anxiety totally disappeared because of his calm, confident and competent ways. This is the dentist I chose for my family. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim and the staff at Ace Dental are great. I was previously a patient of Dr. Dean who recently retired and brought Dr. Kim in to take over the practice. He found a great dentist in Dr. Kim. Very personable and straightforward he does a great job making his patients not only understand but feel comfortable with whatever procedures he is doing. He brings a great knowledge of all of the cutting edge technology and improvements in dentistry. His new Hygienist, Janet is great as well. I just left the office after a cleaning and my choppers feel great! I would easily recommend Ace Dental and Dr. Kim to any one looking for a great local dentist!

I recently decided to change dentist and I have to say I am extremely happy about the decision. Ive been going to my old dentist since I was about 5 years old and he is located in the financial district area, and Dr. Kim is just so much closer to where I live now. Dr. Kim is absolutely AWESOME, I highly recommend him and his staff. He is very personable and, if you are like me and dont like going to the dentist. Dr. Kim is your guy!!! He is very gentle and always check in with you throughout the process. The facility is very clean and the staff members are very nice. I will definitely be going to Dr. Kim from now on.
