If youre looking for an office of medical professionals, this is the place to go. Ive had so many experiences at store front clinics where the goal is to sell you glasses, and not to take care of your eye health. This is NOT such a place. Visionary is staffed with very knowledgeable professionals whose goal is to ensure that customers not only maintain excellent eye health, but excellent overall health as well. In addition to skilled prescriptive work, Visionarys doctors do a fabulous job at preventive health care, diagnosing any number of illnesses and problems through careful eye exams (these can include blood pressure issues, diabetic issues, cancers and more). In addition to being skilled, the staff is polite, conscientious and mindful of your time (i.e. they dont keep you waiting, see you promptly, and respond to questions in a timely fashion). If you do choose to purchase glasses/contact lenses, the opticians are very helpful not only with choosing frames, but also with fittings, advice on how to get used to progressives and also how to put in/take off contact lenses. Ive been going to Visionary for years, as have my husband and children, and now my elderly diabetic father and mother swear by this office as well. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I went here and was treated kindly and respectfully...I walked in to book an appointment for the future and they told me that if I could wait 15 minutes, they had an opening, so I did just that. The prices were good and they took my insurance. They helped me pick a style of frame that I would not have on my own but that worked amazingly well for me. I enjoyed going here and will go again.

The receptionists or sales associates are rude! I fell ill and left my profressional job,therefore, i got mass health care plus health insurance so i qualified for free glasses. They acted like i was trash..excuse me for not spending money. I picked up my glasses and was told to wait ...and for 10 minutes she and THE OTHER receptionist chatted about Florida with anothee customer...

The staff and doctors are friendly and professional. The eye exams are thorough. They have a large selection of frames. The office is easily accessible with plenty of parking. I enjoy my appointments!

Not kidding about receptionist! But I havent gone yet, and will go elsewhere, so make your own decision. Ask to speak with actual Doc maybe first.
