If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We took our injured pup to this animal hospital, paid $500 for our initial eval and left with a surgical plan. Brought pup in the next day, and the surgeon deviated significantly from our quote and didnt do the needed amputation. She also didnt reach out for us to authorize the new charges and change of plan. Next day we were presented with a new surgical plan that was another $3500 after spending $1900. When we said we couldnt do that, we had a choice of euthanasia or surrendering. Surrendering sounded like the bast plan for our babe. The vet tech, Shayna who wanted her came in and when we reluctantly agreed, she walked in the hall and yelled "Shes mine!" This was devastating to my three kids that were with me. Needless to say, pup isnt hers and we are pursuing different options.

My dogs get the best care here, and I get the best support. When my youngest had a medical emergency, the staff stayed with me the whole way. From the additional appointments, to scheduling a specialist, and through the emergency surgery, I never felt alone. Even when its not an emergency, the entire staff takes time to explain your questions. They are patient and thorough in their explanations, and I always walk away with valuable information. In addition, Dr. Katuna is always encouraging continued education. His staff members indicate this is one of the reasons they love their job - and why the turnover rate seems to be very low at this practice. I have been taking my dogs here since the first one came into our house, and I have brought foster dogs here as well. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Recently had an unexpected health issue with my dog Tucker. WNV was able to fit me in that day to see Dr. Orlandi. She did a very thorough exam and spent a lot of time with me and my dog. She went over all of the the potential causes and explained the follow up care. She called the next day to check on Tucker and go over test results. She called again a few days later. The techs and vets at WNV are very caring and thorough professionals. Regardless of which vet I see, they always spend a lot of time with me without rushing through the appointment. I also never feel like they are trying to "up-sell" unnecessary tests, treatments, etc.

My tiny poodle Peanut got a little too friendly with a bee and bopped it with her paw. The bee responded in kind, and Peanut did not react positively to the venom. She was swollen and in discomfort. We called the clinic and although they were booked, they saw Peanut right away. After a couple of shots and a little pain medication, she was back to her old self again. I was very impressed with how caring they were and how they were able to see Peanut on an emergency basis right away. Its nice to have a great veterinary practice so nearby in case of emergency. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful veterinary group. This is the best practice in the entire Metro West area. Dr. Katuna, the owner is a wonderful veterinarian, extremely intelligent and loves animals. His staff are top notch. Dr. Rotolo and technician Greg came to our home this weekend to put our airedale of 12 years to sleep after saving her many times over the last couple of years. (Dr. K. was out of town)The two of them were so very kind and loving to Emma and to me. I will never forget them. This is the only practice I would recommend in metro west, MA!!

We have been bringing our dogs to Wellesley Natick Veterinary Hospital for 32 years despite the fact that for 30 of those, weve lived an hour away. Expertise that rises above the rest of the field, compassionate care of our beloved dogs, willingness to listen to our instincts and feedback, and staying abreast of the latest and greatest technology and protocols are among the many reasons we stay with this top-notch animal hospital, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their beloved small animal to receive the "a-game."

I have used W-N Vets for 30 years, and have always gotten outstanding care for my dogs, cats, and assorted small pets. I just adopted a rescue lab with a history of abuse. He was terrified when it was time for shots and getting blood drawn. Dr Rotolo and her lab tech spent an extended amount of time with us, trying to gain his trust and make the visit as easy for him as possible. I think I have seen every vet on staff. And the front desk staff are always extremely helpful when I have questions. I highly recommend them!

I am caring for a relatives 10 year old Soft-Coated Wheaton Terrier. She was due for her shots, so I called Wellesley-Natick to schedule an appointment. The people could not be nicer. from the receptionist to the vet everyone was attentive, friendly and professional. As I do not own a pet of my own at this time, it is still nice to know such a first class facility exists close by in case I should get another dog. Keep up the fine work.

Even though I live in Brooklyn, my dog has become a regular at Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital. Through both trauma and illness, Dr. Jeff Katuna has treated my dog lovingly and successfully. The staff has been kind, attentive and supportive. I could not ask for more.
