My family and I have been going to Southpointe for a couple of years now with our little dog. Hes a rescue and terrified of men. Southpointe is kind enough to make sure his whole team is women. Hes so comfortable with them that Hell walk off when them when given the chance even if theyre going to give him a shot. I just adopted a dog and hes heartworm positive and being treated at another hospital that the shelter is paying for but im having everything faxed over and if i feel like somethings not right at the one vet i know i can depend on them to look everything over for me. This is the best vet, will always recommend.

Took my dog in on a Monday morning simply for a check up. I was the only client in the lobby. The employee at the front desk tried to hustle me for an extra $75 bucks! She said she had to charge me an extra $75 for "Urgent Care". I said urgent care,? Im just here for a check up I can come tomorrow or later this week. She said "were booked solid, back to back to back for 3 weeks, but if you pay an extra $75 Ill get you in right now." I was literally the only person there. What a hustle !!! If you want slow service and to be overcharged for it, this is the place.

We brought our puppy to Southpointe Veterinary Hospital for his first check up, shots and advise. The staff were really kind and helpful, and the doctor was really helpful, informative and compassionate. The facility is very clean and well laid out for cats and dogs with lots of space to move around and wait. The best part in my opinion was the open discussion with the doctor and nursing staff about treatment, diet, exercise and other puppy things new parents care about. Weve been to a few vets in the area and this was the best choice.

Weve went to several different veterinarians over the decades of having pets, but we have never more impressed and comfortable than we are with Southpointe. Their staff is friendly. All of their doctors are really personable. They really take their time with you and answer all of your questions. The facility is clean and I dont think weve ever had a long wait. Additionally, one of our "senior" dogs has had some medical issues lately and theyve ALWAYS squeezed us in when necessary.

This place is the best! I recently moved to the area and tried 2 other vetranarians before finding Dr. Cox and her wonderful staff. My dogs are the most important thing to me and its gives me peace of mind knowing they are in great hands with Dr. Cox. I find the prices to be the comparable with the other vetranarians I have been to. Now that Ive been there I wouldnt trust my babies to anyone else!

Hands down Dr Cox is the best vet Ive ever worked with. She is clear about treatment, costs are shared at appointment, aftercare discussed. We went for over 12 years. Always a positive experience. Our visits ranged from minor wellness visits to life saving care. We recently moved and I yet found a vet I trust and respect the way I do Dr. Cox. Clean, friendly staff and knowledgeable Drs.

My first visit took my canaries in, they were more than nice. They tended to my pets needs and were very clean and tidy. The doctors there made sure to answer every question I needed and made sure I had the best visit. The receptionist were also very kind and sweet to fellow visitors as well. My birds and I were very pleased. I would greatly recommend.

Hasnt been the same since my favorite vet retired. I miss her a lot. But the staff is all friendly & good with my dogs. And its very clean & convenient to my neighborhood. And I deal with the owner. She is stemming lying smart & cares about her patients. I first met her many years ago when I had finches. Not many vets will treat birds.

Impossible to get a late in the day appointment even if you pet is in pain, (you know we have to work to pay your extreme prices). So I needed my dogs records to go elsewhere. They charged me $3 for 3 sheets of paper. " Its the time it takes to make the copies" she said. Ok, I see what kind of establishment this is.

Weve been very happy with the service, staff and facilities when taking our two cats and two dogs here. Visits have ranged from checkups to surgery. We always receive a follow-up call asking how things are going. Even after we move, we will continue to bring our pets here.
