I am very afraid of going to the dentist since I was a child. I recently broke part of my tooth and contacted New You Dental because they had recently helped my spouse with his teeth. Dr. Chin and his assistant Lonneishia made me very comfortable while doing my procedure. I absolutely love Ashika she made me want to return for a cleaning with her sweet smile and kind words. I want to thank Sue the Falcon for the extra special help she gave during my visit and the wonderful coversation made it very personal. Shauna was a total riot during my cleaning. Very friendly place that my family will use from now on. Thank you New You for taking such good care of my family.

I called and made an appt for a cleaning in Jan, cause I was getting new ins. They called me back a few days later and tried to schedule my appt sooner in Dec. I informed the young lady that I dont believe my current ins would cover the visit , ergo why I initially made my appt in Jan. She stated she would ck my current ins. to see if its covered. She then calls me back, tells me its covered. I then r/s for Dec instead, only to arrive to my appt and those sneaky people tried to say I owe for my cleaning. What! She said it was covered! So long story short $$$$ dictates their bottom line and they will say anything to get you through the door.

I was in Flint visiting family from Florida when I had a dental emergency. Just from my initial phone consultation at that time I knew Id chosen the right place to get my care. Their office is pleasant and my wait time was short. The front desk staff, dentist and his hygienist were incredible and both knowledgeable and reassuring (I have dentist anxiety) and the pricing was more than reasonable and affordable. If I lived in Flint, they would be my dental care. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and great care. I wish I could have brought them back to FL with me. We need more dentist offices like New You here :)

This was the last painful dental work that I have ever had done. DR. Shin was excellent. He was able to remove a broken tooth that other dentists could not. There was very little pain. The dental assistants actually know what they are doing and really seem to care about their patients. The entire staff is warm and friendly. This has been the best experience that I have ever had at a dentist office. I will never go anywhere else. A filling fell out 3 days and 2.5 hours later.. They got me in today, fixed the filling, and I was out the door in about 10 minutes.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I started coming to New You Dental! As soon as you walk in the door youre greeted by friendly staff, their never running behind and its just a everyone knows everyone type of atmosphere. If your lucky enough, Shaunna, will be your hygienist and you will have the time of your life!! She was so funny, witty and so knowledgeable about dentistry. She gave me great advice and made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Love it!!!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I suffer from major anxiety issues. I so desperately needed go. I looked over dental office reviews, And noticed New You had fabulous ones. So I made an appointment. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with open arms and felt very welcome and safe. Everyone here has a smile on their face and very knowledgeable. Lisa was extremely diligent with the whole process. This was my first time visiting New You Dental. I had told Lisa I never had good experiences when it comes to dentist offices. She made sure to go above and beyond for the comfort and well being of my smile. Ashika the office representative (front desk) was also very patient and professional when it came to my insurance trouble. All in all I would recommend that you try them out!

I have always had a great fear of dentists, due to unfortunate circumstances with a bad dentist. However, I made an appointment with New You Dental, and the whole procedure was quite pleasant. I had an extraction and multiple fillings done by Dr. Shin and he was amazing. I felt no discomfort AT ALL. Also, the whole staff is very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend EVERYONE to visit New You Dental.

Went in for a apt today ... my first one in over 15 years , needless to say was dreading hearing the gasps and lecturing id have expected. The staff was very nice and helpful , Dr Shin is awesome! came up with a plan of action to fix me up with out any of the bad feeling or axniety I normally would have had. Looking forward to my next visit which is a first for me.

This is not your everyday dentist office that you would hate going to. Everybody is friendly. Painless shots and extractions. The way they did x-rays is comfortable. The ladies in the office took care of my insurance questions, got the information. They were priceless. I would recommend this New You Dental Center office. F Kozik

Very helpful staff. More than willing to answer any questions. Very truthful and thorough dental work without making me get additional work done that wasnt necessary, unlike some other dental offices (looking at you Aspen Dental). Scheduling has never been a problem. They even allow walk-ins and emergency trips.

I am not the kind of person who like dentist at all but I love it here! The staff is very professional and friendly and they will work with you on insurance information and payment options. Also the office itself is very clean and nice. I would recommend checking these guys out first, you wont be dissapointed!

I love coming to this office. Everyone is so nice! Kristen always does my cleaning and she is super nice! I make sure she is the one that does my cleanings. Sheila just helped me with my filling and she is so pleasant to see each time I come in. The office is personal and caring.
