I was extremely satisfied with this dentist office, spacifically Dr. Madenly (hope I spelt that right) He pulled my husbands teeth and went above and beyond expectations! previously I went to Dental dreams and seen a big colored man who put crators in my back tooth and a black filling on the front of one of my middle mullers so if I smile big you can see it. he also did a 3 minute cleaning because I had to make another appointment after keeping me in the office for 4 hours. so when I went to Dr. Madenly and aired my greavances about my previous dentist he did my exam, told me he would fix and replace what horrible fillings he was able too and even stayed after my appointment for an hour so he could start working on my teeth that day! Its sad that some people had a bad experience because I will probably never go anywhere else!!! Family Dntal Group you just keep being awesome!! Also, they tell you if there is anything wrong when you leave to let them know so they can fix it! if a person doesnt come back to have the problem fixed they have themselves to blame because they are very good at fixing problems. my husbands dentures were to long and gagged him. the just said to bring them in, theyll shave them down and if they still cause problems bring them in till they feel right...if a person doesnt follow up how can they fix the problem?

i had a bite done for tmj by them and they had some girl in school training do it. (that had never done it before) with out any help from anyone there.....she had to do it like 6 times cause she didnt know what she was doing and the dentist had her start reuseing the casting putty after like 4 or 5th time!!!!which it gets hard fast....so when i bit into the casting it was hard!!!!!!cause it was being reused!!!!!cause they mested up the 3 or 4 times before!!!! it messed up my jaw worse....and then it was off still by a mm or so.....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!....i had ungodly pain in my jaw for 2 weeks after that.....as the man in post before this said....RUN AWAY!!!!

RUN AWAY!!!!! I went to this office for extreme pain due to an extraction. I thought I had dry socket based on what I read on the internet. The dentist they set me up with said it wasnt dry socket and sent me on my way. After another week of excrutiating pain, I went back and asked for a different dentist. He immediately said it was but used some ancient method to pack the hole and I almost fainted from the pain. I finally went to a dentist who knew what he was doing at another office, as far away from this one as possible! Dont go here for any dental work, they have no idea what they are doing!

I had been looking for a new dentist and one of my co- workers recommend Family Dental Group. She described her experience with them, so I had to go. When first walking into the office it felt warm and friendly. The lady that did my x-rays was very gentle as was my hygienist (Shannon). Id never had an experience of such gentleness, care and great concern for me at any dentist Id been to until Family Dental Group. Dr White is amazing. If you are afraid to go to the dentist like I was, there is no need to be anymore. Modern technology has made dentistry virtually painless. Dr. Zimmerman absolutely cared about me more than her wallet (thank you). Colleen the assistant was very professional. Shannon the hygienist truly made my dental experience a pleasurable one. Did not have a good experience here. The partial denture they gave me is horrible and unfinished. It does not fit or look natural and they still sent me a bill after I paid a few hundred dollars after the insurance. Ive only been to this dentist a few times this year for my denture work and they used the entire insurance. Very unhappy with this place. They quote you one price and then bill the insurance something different.

I never had a problem until I could no longer afford the periodontal cleaning. My insurance doesnt cover it and I can no longer afford the $96 per cleaning. And they said once they start that they wont/dont go back to regular cleaning. (Which my insurance will cover) So needless to say they would rather me not get my teeth cleaned leaving me to increase my chances of getting an oral disease. Thats just not right.

Their technicians and hygienists are gentle yet thorough. Dr. Butcher is a skilled dentist, who has always taken care of my dental problems quickly and efficiently. The whole experience with this office is so great: clean environment, short wait times in the office, easy to make and if need be reschedule on short notice appointments, and of course the staff; I cant say enough about them, every person you encounter at this office is so friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Just a great place to go, so glad I found them when I did.

I had an emergency; a broken tooth right to the nerve and I was in a lot of pain. It seemed like every dentist I called in the area was out of town. I called Family Dental Group and they got me in within a couple of hours. I had the tooth pulled and I was in and out in 45 minutes! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are now my regular dental provider!

The service and care that everyone there showed me really was amazing. Dr.White was great and helpful. Very understanding careful. Crystal was incredibly important to my visit. Her upbeat attitude and positive outlook helped me stay calm and relaxed. Her reassurance definitely helped me get through that 4-hour root canal. I cant thank her enough.

Decided to change dentist for my 15yr old son and super pleased i did over all seems like the best decision i made got an appointment right away fixed the problem he had been having in half hr that should of been done yrs ago staff very pleasant we both was very pleased and greatful highly recommend them...

Service is excellent! I left my last dentist not happy with some bad experiences everything so far seems to be great! They really take time to tell you whats the best options. Not just trying to get money! Only thing they can improve on is the waiting time when you arrive for your appointment.

I had the pleasure of meeting the great people at Family Dental Group. They were all friendly and concerned about my dental problems. The dentist was very gentle pulling my tooth. I had very minimal pain afterward. I would recommend this office to anyone that needed a great dentist.

BECAUSE I was waiting 45mins to 2 hours each time I left this dentist after 2 years and 6 family appointments. Being asked to leave and come back was the last straw. No complaints about the quality of work but they are either consistently behind or I suspect they are double booking.
