The dentist and his assistant were great. My only and main complaint is the administrative staff. I went to the facility on 3 different occasions and there were 3 different people at the front desk each time. When I had asked about the previous greeter, I was told that she was no longer working there. Dont get me wrong, I totally understand that people quit and/or get dismissed. But 3 people in a matter of a couple of months? Im a firm believer that if a company cannot keep any staff around for too long, then there is something wrong with the management of the company. Anywho, I provided them with my health insurance information on my first visit, but they somehow managed to loose that information. It wasnt until after my 3rd visit that I got a bill from the facility at my residence. This was a little concerning to me because, as stated previously, I had already given them my insurance information. I called my insurance company to find out why they havent made the payments yet. Turns out, the dentists office never bothered to forward the information along to my insurance! Im not exactly sure how that "slipped by" but needless to say it was very concerning. To make a long story short: great dentist, disorganized and rude staff. I will no longer be using their services.

These people have no clue as to what to do. I was in extreme pain and my jaw was swollen they told me nothing was wrong and to take tylenol. I went to another dentist and they extracted my tooth due to severe infection. Also was billed for services not performed and told the cost would be covered by my insurance when in fact is was not covered on several occasions. Requested that my xrays be EMAILED to my new dentist and they told me the charge was $20 to email. RIP OFF CITY. Very dissatisfied with the whole place. Also scheduled an appointment and was told after waiting 35mins that it would take then another hour for them to see me, I left. Poor service all around. I was also told that I had gum disease and that I would need cleaning every 2-3 months for maintenance. New dentist says no I do not have gum disease. These people are out for a buck period and love to pad up the bill for the insurance co. Never go to this place trust me.

I never write online reviews, however after my latest experience with this dental office, I decided to write one instead of cussing and complaining. The front office staff is very unprofessional and have no idea what is going on. I have been going to the office for approximately one year. I just received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars from services rendered last June! I immediately called to find out the nature of the bill and was told someone would call me back. Three weeks go by and I call to follow up with them on the same bill. I ask to speak with the office manager. Oh that person does not exist. Yea sure you can help me Ms Receptionist who did not make sure I was called back last time. In the end, I take full responsibility for me not knowing my insurance waiting period but to bill me one year later?? This couldve been paid and handled months ago. Who is running this circus??

I call because I had a tooth that might have been infected, They said they take walk ins / emergency IF I got there at 4:00. I got there at 4 and it took TWENTY minutes before I even got acknowledged. Then they said most likely they wont be able to see me at all. I am in pain and they suggested for me to go and wait 8 hours at the emergency room if I was in such pain. very cold customer service. and I have been a patient there for 3 years,only because it was close... I should of learned the first time when the one dentist that worked on my teeth was into pain. didnt matter how much I struggled, he pinned me down to dig the needle in deeper. like he was enjoying seeing me in pain... I put a complaint about him already.. this place is a JOKE!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN...

Great office and Staff! I went to this office as an emergency patient to have one of my tooth looked due to immense pain. The doctor explained the needed treatment and was really nice, doctors assistant helped answer all of my questions. For the day they gave me medications for pain and scheduled my treatment the very next day. My insurance benefits were well explained by the front receptionist. Everyone at the office was really nice and professional. I will not only go back to the office to get my treatment but also I had my family scheduled at this office. I highly recommend this office to anyone any day.

Myself and my husband were new to GA and were looking for a new dentist. We stopped by this office and the receptionist was very cheerful, pleasant and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for my husband very quickly, and my husband has been very pleased with all the services provided. The office is very clean and neat, and professional-looking. Everyone has been very pleasant and professional. Now that my husbands dental needs have been taken care of, I will be scheduling an appointment for myself. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The administrative staff have no clue about anything. I had an 11:30 am appointment, got to the office on time only to be informed that I never called to confirm my appointment. They never called me or sent the automated message to notify me that i had to confirm my appointment. It was just a waste of my time. Also during my first visit at the office, i was billed for a service that wasnt provided .

The staff has changed a bit, but the team they have there now seems to be working out quite nicely. Dr. Leslie Allen is fantastic and provides great dental services to her patients, taking all patients concerns and ensuring that there is a treatment plan that fits the patients needs. The front desk staff has also improved.

The dental assistants were nice, but thats the only good thing I have to say. Twice they have charged me one amount and then later tell me that I still owed them. One of my filings came out two days later while brushing my teeth. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Brown is awesome! I love this dentist office. I am very shy to pain and very nervous about dentistry in general but everyone was so nice and so kind. They called in my prescription for me so I didnt have to wait at the pharmacy.

The Dentist is great but the rest of the staff dont know what they are doing. I was billed for service that was not covered by my insurance, they need to do more work and less of nothing. The devil is in the details.
