I start this off by saying we used to LOVE the MacFields, absolutely loved them as doctors as they took our concerns seriously when others didnt and were willing to listen. However they dont know how to run an office efficiently AT ALL and straight up LIED to our face multiple times. They claim our medical records were faxed 4 times to another provider, but they never got them (I doubt their MA faxed it but they assured me it was faxed). Since they did not receive it 4x that means my PHI is in someone elses hands, and I will be filing a complaint with HIPAA so they can investigate. Additionally they were supposed to call in a referral for one of my children and after a week had never done so. Our insurance company stated the MacFields had never called them for a prior auth contrary to them stating they had in fact called 4x saying it was the insurances fault (Funny how our new doctor got us a referral that day). Finally it took them 3 weeks to get a copy of a record for us to take to a specialist. Upon politely pointing out the down falls in communication as well as front desk / office staff, we were asked to leave the practice. Now, we had no intentions of doing so. As a business owner myself, if my employees were slacking, Id want to know about it! This was to be constructive feedback! Its like we were the bad guy for telling them something wrong was happening under their noses that they might be oblivious to! The MacFields did the wrong thing here by discharging us as patients. They took these matters personally rather than apologizing for the errors and trying to over come them. Never once did they apologize for any of the above. All we wanted was to help them thrive. Weve sent 10-15 families there, I can no longer recommending these people. If they continue this way, this practice will fail within the next 3 years.

Dr. Peter MacField was recommended to me by a friend and I will never be able to thank her enough. I had several things I wanted to work on that my old doctor would just blow off. I have been having a hard time losing weight, on several anti-depressants and allergies with excema. After my first visit I already had hope that this was going to work. He does excessive blood work to look at everything that is looking good and what needs to be worked on. He went over EVERYTHING from the results and made sure that I completely understood. I appreciate that he really seems to care about how I am doing and rejoices in my successes and offers encouragement and helpful hints on the things that I am still struggling with. Most importantly he really listens and NEVER says anything is silly or blows me off. After 20 years with my old doctor I finally have confidence that things are going to get better with Dr. Peter. He is a very caring physician and seriously takes time to listen and he is never in a rush to get out of the office and see other patients. I recommend this wonderful man to everyone that needs a doctor although I do hate to share but it is just rude to keep him to myself.

Dr. Peter is truly the best doctor I have ever had. As a cancer survivor, I deal with a variety of chronic issues and he gets to the root cause of the problem, rather than band-aid solutions that lead to greater pain in the long-run. He spends quality time with me, listens intently, and always uses natural practice as his first go-to, prior to prescriptions. Highly recommend him.

I can talk to my Dr freely about my medical issues and feel he listens and never judges..thats a great feeling to actually be in a Drs office and talk to your Dr and not feel uncomfortable or afraid to say how your really feeling as far as medication. He works with you in finding the right choice in medicine for every one of his patients. I would definitely recommend.

Love Dr. Macfield! She is very knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain in detail, what is going on with your child. Dr. Peter is the best doctor that I have ever had because he takes the time to get to the root of the problem. He offers many natural options to create good health in the body. Very nice facility and staff. I love my daughters pediatrician! One thing I really like about this pediatrician is that she is not quick to give me prescription for something that was small or can use an easy home remedy.
