This place should be ashamed of themselves. I am registered with the National Bone marrow registry, and got a phone call that I was a match for a patient in need. I needed a physical and labs for bloodwork nefore I could travel to donate. My work up coordinator CONFIRMED with Krystal Young, who works here, that all of my labs and paperwork can be done on site. I get there 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist had no idea what I was there for . Luckily I had printed out all of paperwork myself just in case something like this happened. I handed everything to her and inquired about the two boxes of blood sample tubes that were sent to Krystal. She had no idea about that either. I sat in the waiting area for an HOUR before I went up to the counter to ask what the problem was. The entire time Im waiting, Im seeing nurses and doctors run back and forth with my boxes and paperwork talking about how they cant do this here and this isnt that type of establishment. I was called back by a nurse finally, and she told me that she can do my physical but I would have to go to a lab to get my bloodwork done. I explained to her that Krystal Young confirmed that everything could be done in one spot and that I came early for this reason. A doctor walked up and looked at my paperwork and asked me why I didnt fill this out ahead of time to save time on them...UM BECAUSE IT SAYS TO BE COMPLETED BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. She then tried to make up excuse after excuse as to why I should have came earlier and this and that. Um. I did. I came early, knowing this would take a while. I am donating my bone marrow. My bone marrow...for a patient that needs it and Im trying to help someone and this office had no care in the world. They should be ashamed of themselves. Ashamed.

I need to make sure everyone knows about how we were treated at Coastal Urgent Care in Lynn Haven. My Son Christian Lasecki is changing Schools from Mowat Middle School to North Bay Haven. We enrolled him in North Bay Haven and they wanted a new School Physical and he needed a sports Physical as well at the same time due to a try out for baseball coming on Jan 19th. I made and Appointment at Coastal Urgent Care in Lynn Haven at 4:30 Yesterday, we have been there may times for School physicals and I have used them myself on weekends when we have been sick. SO this was not the first time we have used them. The Normal fee is $35.00 for a physical since I needed two forms filled out they charged me Double and I had to pay $70.00 instead. I just want to share this so that no one else has to pay double again. Do not use this clinic go to other area ones, I called five this morning and they would not have charged me twice. Needless to say I will no longer be using their services but want as many people in the district to know as well. I have also filed a Better Business complaint as well.

I have been with Coastal Urgent Care since they opened in Lynn Haven, and prior to that I was with the one on Baldwin (Prime Care), I have had nothing but the "GREATEST SERVICE" from them! Dr. Carlos Fleming (who is now gone, I really hated to see him move on) was my HMO, he would call me at home to check on how I was feeling, which made me feel better knowing that they "DO CARE". I like the Lynn Haven office due to the fact 7 days a week 12 hours a day just about 360+ days a year. I can always call and get an appointment that same day if not sooner, like can you come in NOW!. I wished there were more stars up there, cuz I would rate them as high as I could. THANK YOU Coastal Urgent Care... JR

Dr. are ok,but the clinic itself is a Money Pit. I pay my co payment and a few week later after my insurance pay them. The clinic sending me another bill for more money. My insurance is not a compounding insurance. Once i make my co payment. And the insurance pay them. That should be end of it.. The clinic make agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield that there is certain amount of money payed per procedure and the rest is to wrote off. not come after the patient for the remaining balance. Again my insurance is not a compounding insure company.This has happen to me more then once. and is what repel me away form using there clinic. They need a new billing clerk..

Dr. Bautsch. Is, by far, the warmest, kindest, and most easy to talk to Doctor me and my partner have ever had. I value all his opinions. He saved my fiances life, and he really does care about his patients well being. I recommend this doctor to anyone who wants to get a real, compassionate caring doctor in this are. Horrible! Horrible experience! Every time I visit this place! Just visited on 4-21-17 at 9:15 am. Absolutely no one in waiting area. NO ONE! Staff told me they couldnt see me due to because they are booked for the day!!!!! Wtf. Its a walkin clinic. Was in horrible pain and needed some care. What happened to helping people?? Its nothing but convenience for them now! Not for the customer.

We just moved here and I needed to be seen for a cold that I just couldnt seem to get rid of. I chose the place that says Urgent Care - Walk Ins on their sign. I was promptly told they arent taking new patients and I could go to another office if I needed to be seen now. They lost a customer and gained a terrible review real quick.

This place just wants your money. Girl rushes me to come in and once I got there they asked me for $80 before they askrd me whats wrong. Also later found out there was no MD on staff so I drove 45 mins for no damn reason. They waste your time and are non sympathetic in every situation. Go somewhere else..

Just noticed on the credit report that this company put our account with a collection agency, without ever contacting us to tell us they believed we were overdue. The doctor was fine, but apparently needs serious help in the office. Would not recommend.

Front office personnel are super unprofessional, could hear them all laughing and one in particular saying she changed her husbands name to "little d***" in her phone. These things shouldnt be talked about at work ladies! Know your surroundings.

This was a great place because Dr. Bautsch was the best doctor I could have ever had. Sadly he is no longer there and everything changed. I wouldnt take a stray animal there much less a person. Dr.Zabih very cold and has no empathy for anyone.
