I have been going to the Spectrum Health Group for my family medicine needs for over 15 years, and in the last 2 years the customer service has gone down drastically. Physicians assistants are constantly rude and inconsistent with information, and lately the minimum wait for a doctor after the scheduled appointment time is 50 mins. After a decade and a half I will be switching my primary care provider.

Ive usually get good service here and the staff are nice. However they frequently dont answer the phones until 8:30am-9am although they open earlier. If they dont answer, try a different phone. This has happened to me about 5x, or more than half the time I call them in the morning.

I have always had prompt friendly service and the doctors really care!
